How would you describe the abdo cramps in early pregnancy?

mine were liek mild af cramps i had them manily everyday for about 70% of the day they didnt hurt i didnt need painkillers i just knew they were there dull kind of thing. i had them up until 6weeks5days and now im only getting them say 25-30% of the day at max. im seven weeks 2days. had a scan at 6weeks4 and saw heartbeat and everything was looking normal so dont worry
