Best diet ive tried and lost alot of weight was low carb diet.
ive lowered the carbs even lower than it said, i stopped eating bread (any type of bread), stopped eating rice, pasta, and all of these , drank only diet drinks and coffee (coffee makes u pee alot so you pee all that water weight as well as little fat - cuz low carb \ high protein diet makes u use fat as energy instead of carbs , cuz body's using carb as first energy source, and if u dont eat "enough" carbs you make the body use the fat as the 1st energy source as fat comes second - after carbs.)

so i highly recommend this diet !

Nic- similar to how I'm eating. And I meant my bfp before I love the baby at 8 weeks. I didn't actually get it until 14 dpo.

I actually just bought 2 pegnancy tests lol. Cant wait to test, wanted to get the clear blue digital but its just way too expansive here, so i bought the cheapest, i think ill test at 8 dpo and another one at 13 dpo or 12. Im 4 dpo right now , too impatient no symptoms today, only some lower backache, did any of u ladies tested yet ? Oh and also hss weird cramps on the right side of lower stomach, like cramps but right side and lasted for 5 mins only

Hey there ladies ^^ happy st. Patricks day ^^

Am officially at CD28 and still no AF... just had a bit of cramping and then a bit of ewcm... cervix still up high and soft... Was super nauseous last night and have been feeling weak and just generally easily irritated today...

Haven't tested since tuesday.. wanted to this morning but didn't make it to the stores.. gonna buy some today though.

Bbs are tender and hurting now too. ^^

And keep fighting that urge to test lol as much as possible. There is no good in spending all that money. IMO.

But if you have the money then go crazy xD

Keep having weird cramps here. They don't feel like AF cramps.

I got 30 tests for 8 euro off amazon
Including postage.
Same price as one in a shop.
They hve worked great for me.
First time I tried.
I used frer and ic.
Ic s showed my bfp at 12 dpo.
Frer didn't, they just don't work for me
I've no clue why ��
