I'm paranoid! Is this a BFP??

Hi, Sorry never posted before - this is my first time but would really value some advice.

I have done 7 tests since last friday - all very faint lines. AF was due Tuesday - but nothing. Have had mild cramps for the past 2 weeks & needing to pee often for about a week. I am just having trouble believing it is real because it is so wanted. I just need someone to say to me "yes you are pregnant". Going back to docs tomorrow to have my 8th urine test. Is it possible to get this many faint lines & not be pregnant?

1st Picture was test taken at 3:30am Monday morning!
