"Inside your house" Thread.

Loving the pictures ladies! We're planning on re-decorating the lounge, master bedroom and spare room now so it's great to get some inspiration :)
Here are some of my rooms. Looooads of pictures because I'm useless at photography :haha:

This is half the kitchen but the back half is too messy to take a picture of right now :haha:
Lounge- it's really long which you can't tell from the pictures, needs re-jigging to make it not seem too empty!:

love this thread! We have just bought a new place- in desperate need of some advice on how to decorate? I'll just use the pics off the estate agent website as they are far better than any I could take :haha:

then theres 4 bedrooms, just white, and 2 more ensuite type bathrooms and another! sitting area on the landing. really need ideas of colours furnishings etc to bring out the wood- its solid oak throughout, which im not usually a fan of but goes really well with the "theme of the house" lol

Your house is AMAZING. I am beyond jealous. I live in a tiny box compared to you ladies. I really want to move but OH doesn't want to yet. Our kitchen is tiny, as is our bathroom. And our living room doesn't have much space either.

Sigh.

Your house is AMAZING. I am beyond jealous. I live in a tiny box compared to you ladies. I really want to move but OH doesn't want to yet. Our kitchen is tiny, as is our bathroom. And our living room doesn't have much space either.

Oh i hear ya. Been a long hard slog (and a bit of luck) to get here. We have a 3 bed terraced that you could spit from one side to the other :haha: and it is just packed to the rafters with stuff we actually need let alone stuff thats nice to have lol! going to have a veg patch and some chickens now yay!
 
Bloody hell Sarahchops that house is incredible, you are so lucky - I LOVE the hallway!

I'm moving into my new house on the 4th of October - soooo excited. Its pretty small but it is in the absolute perfect location, I love it so much. These are pics from rightmove, will add again once I get all my stuff in there!

Oh I really love all this wood in sarahchops86 house. So pretty.
 
I doubt my house is very inspiring but since I just 'tidied' Joni's room (and my dressing room/place to put random crap/the spare room combined into one) I thought I'd share a picture.

Excuse the stanley knife on the bed but I was making a hole in the cardboard J that is above Joni's cot. We got it when she was born so I thought I might actually hang it up at last.

I'm going to tidy the sitting room now so there might be an equally out of focus piccy of that to show in a bit...

PS Just fyi she can't reach the scarves from the cot so don't worry she won't strangle herself! I have checked many times lol.

Been in my house for 2.5 years and I'm finally beginning to feel quite pleased with it.. Here's a photo of my bedroom (probably my favourite room in my house)
