Is it safe?

I have a frozen focaccia that has feta cheese in it . Is it safe to eat since it will be cooked in the oven? The feta will be hot..

I dont think feta is a 'problem' cheese even when uncooked, but yes any cheese will be fine after the oven. Also its very likely pasteurized, which is fine again regardless of the type of cheese. Its very rare to get cheese thats UNpasteurized, which is the concern, not just the type/softness.

Yes it should be...i always thought it was blue veined cheese that wasnt okay...but i did eat feta when i was pregnant and it didnt do any harm..i think its all down to personal choice hun...
