Has anyone used this workout before? If so, have you lost weight from it? I just started it this week, and I am pretty sore from it. I really like it so far because it is a fast workout, and I like the set up of it---3 minutes weights, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. The whole workout only lasts 24 minutes which is perfect!!
