My appt went good. But the biopsy was SUPER uncomfortable and she even had to do it a 2nd time. Since I'm lightly bleeding today, she couldn't tell if she got enough tissue in the first sample, so she went in again. Ouchie. But each time was only for about 5 seconds, so its quick. Plus, she said doing it a 2nd time is even better, as it increases chances of a successful implantation even more. They also did an u/s to make sure the Lupron had down-regulated me enough, so while she was doing that, I asked the question "If you were to do an antral follie count right now, would you be able to tell how many eggs you might be able to get during egg retrieval?" And she was like "Sure, I can tell you right now!" It's looking good. 12 follies on my left, and 8 follies on my right, for a total of 20. On my 1st antral follie count (day3 before my first IUI), I had 16 which they said was really good. So I'm feeling real good about 20. Of course, she said they can't guarantee that they'll be able to successfully pull an egg out of all 20 of those follies, so she said to keep that in mind. But I was still happy to see my count had gone up.

So the plan is to start my STIM meds the morning after AF is over. She said my lining is still just a teensy bit thicker than she'd like to see it right before starting STIMs, but once AF is done, she feels like I'll be there. Today is so light now, that I would imagine tomorrow will be my last day, so I'll probably be starting those meds on Fri. Our original timeline has changed just slightly, to where I'll be doing ER around Jul 3rd, and transfer either July 6th or 8th.

Still nothing here except brown spotting but only when I wipe. I posted in the pregnancy forum to see if anyone had bleeding similar to mine. That is the only thing throwing me off. I never have anything red before AF. It has only been brown & maybe once in a while a light pink. A typical cycle starts with a few days of brown, then it gets heavy & AF starts full force. There has never been any kind of break between with brown. Sometimes I have a full 1-2 days of bleeding then a very almost nothing day then back to a lighter red flow before going back to brown & being over. But the 1-2 days are unmistakeably AF in that case.

I am thinking of taking a frer tomorrow. Oh & I think I forgot to say...my test this AM was not with FMU (4-5 am). I took it about 7 am with no drinking in between.

Erin, I'm so excited for you! Hopefully my scan on the 30th (day10) will show good things and I may end up in a tww with you! If this iui doesn't work I'll go straight to ivf. Soooo then I'll be right behind you! I'm really hoping the clomid doesn't do anything crazy like give me too many eggs. I'd be heartbroken to push this off another month. Cysts have ruined it to months straight! I didn't realize lupron was the same as bcp. Good to know because I never want this birth control again. Never ever. How do you feel on the lupron?

Honestly, I've felt totally fine on the Lupron, but I don't recall having any side effects from BCP when I was on it a couple years ago either. I will say, for the first time in YEARS, I didn't have any spotting prior to AF showing up this time, but I have no idea if that had anything to do with the Lupron or the super high P level I had from the 2 follies. Who knows! And yes, if you end up doing IUI around the same time as my ER, technically we would sorta be in a TWW together, even though I won't have my embryos back in there for 3-5 days, hehe! We'd still be testing around the same time.

Beaglemom what day are you suspecting you O on? It's weird your having this bleeding/spotting.

Afm I though I would start today since my LP is usually 13 days and today is day 14. Took a test this morning (one of the cheap dip sticks) with fmu and it was still - Maybe later today or tomorrow but I don't feel like I am going to start at all.

I think I O'd around CD 14 or 15 which would put me at about 14 dpo today. I did not use opks...we were trying for a no stress cycle. I am basing O on cramps & cm. The spotting consistency & timing is just so off for me.

Michelle, 14 dpo can still be early for some women. Let's both hope we still have a shot. I think if nothing tomorrow morning & no major cramping, I will test with frer...if I can remember.

Michelle, last cycle at 13DPO I tried to stay positive and I looked at every single chart on FF with a negative at 13DPO and positive at 14DPO. There weren't a ton after weeding out some that look like the O date might be off but still quite a few that were totally correct so it's definitely still possible!

Thought I would wake up to af but nothing. 15dpo and no af. What is going on? I tested again and it was - If af stays away today going to test with a frer. Just to remind you all I did do the trigger shot this cycle also. So not sure why AF would be late with negative tests.

Well 22nd month of TTC an AF got yesterday but really light and bright red (not like normal) anyway really don't no what else to try now I think it's time to give up hope everyone is okay x x

Well I told dh about me being late. Didn't want to just in case it's nothing. Now he wants me to go get a test and test right away. He also said he had a dream we were pregnant last night. So weird! Wish I knew what was going on. Should I call me RE's office?

If you think the RE will do a blood test, you could call. I am not sure about my RE office. My plan was to keep testing & go in for a blood test mid week next week if nothing. That would be a week late...I have had 32 day cycles on clomid & never had just a femara cycle, so not sure what to expect anymore. My chest & back were also a little achy this morning. And breasts slightly sensitive when I touch the sides. I am trying not to look too much in to it. But the bleeding on random days is really confusing me.

GET A TEST! But I would wait until the AM...maybe the husband's dream is right

Well I decided to call anyway. I scheduled a blood test for Monday. Going to see if I start before then. Hopefully not! Was going to leave right now to get a frer test but it's storming really bad now. Going to wait a few then go.
