Well I decided to call anyway. I scheduled a blood test for Monday. Going to see if I start before then. Hopefully not! Was going to leave right now to get a frer test but it's storming really bad now. Going to wait a few then go.

Well I really hope you have an AF free weekend...and me too! I may call my office tomorrow & ask about the bleeding I have had...but I am nervous to jinx myself.

Have you felt any signs of AF...cramping or spotting?

Stay away AF! Lol I have been cramping but have been cramping since O but no spotting what so ever. I keep going to the bathroom and checking but nothing. I'm afraid I just jinxed myself also.

SarahLou that is a good sign...usually means a fertile time...

I am trying to not think about it...but it is hard. I am also a little annoyed...I have a meeting in the same area as my RE office on Monday. But I am carpooling. So if I start tomorrow, I would need to do my u/s on Monday (no base line u/s on the weekend). But I have no way of getting out of this car pool. And I really don't want to have to make another trip on another day since I will already be there. They only do the u/s in the morning before lunch. I was thinking I could leave at lunch & go do it. It would just be so much easier if I was able to do it before my meeting.

Maybe I will not need to worry about any of this. And if I can get a blood test, I could skip out at lunch to do that.

I just want to fast forward & know what is happening NOW.

We really want to move to another area. I told my husband if we don't need IVF, then we are going to put all our energy in to doing that. I really don't want to raise my family where I live now. It would be okay for a while until they go to school. But I want to move to a nicer, safer area. So let's hope I got pregnant with $4 worth of femara & no more $$$ on fertility treatments.

Michelle, I'm so sorry. I know you really had high hopes about this one. This was similar to how my last Femara cycle went. It was 29 days, and I didn't have my usual warnings of spotting a few days before at all. On the 30th day about this time exactly (seriously), I got AF. Although I did have cramps all day leading up to it, but other than that, none of my usual signs.

Erin that is so funny it was so identical! I thought I was out then thought I was back in now I'm out for sure lol I was cramping but chalked it up to nothing since I had been cramping. Guess not.

Floridaisan my letrozole/femara is covered by insurance and only costs me about $5. It is the only thing insurance covers.

So I am not telling my RE's office that I am going to continue femara because they will want me to come in for an ultrasound for a baseline. And I don't want to have to pay the $325 for it. Also just bought DH some mucinex to take this cycle. Has anyone else heard of DH taking an expectorant to thin out the ? I know from the sperm washing that his is a grade 2 where they don't swim forward and the RE already said that it was thick. So going to have him take it around O time. He works in a very hot factory so its hard for him to stay hydrated like he should. I stay on him about drinking water, Gatorade, and orange juice. But know he needs to drink more because he sweats so much at work.

Yesterday afternoon I started to get a horrible headache...I think it was because of the day I had. Anyways it was just a dull ache at the time. I went home & started feeling really bad...cramping feeling like AF...and the headache was worse. Plus it was storming so my dog was barking & it just made my head pound. So we went to bed early...I put in a tampon because I was feeling really bad. The cramping lightened up & when I woke up the tampon (regular) did not have much on it & what was there was a brown rust color. Nothing when I wiped this morning & another neg test. Really don't know what is going on right now. I just have a pantyliner right now...feeling no cramps. I actually feel fine right now. I don't know what is going on. I think I will put a call in to the nurse for advice on if I should do a blood test or wait it out.

Not happy about today's new injection. No problem with the pen thingy that I'll be doing tonight, and no problem with the Lupron (its just like the Ovidrel needle). I am not at all happy about the Menopur needle though.

Tmi ladies but.... I been having aches in my breasts not tender or pains but aches and when I touch my nipples they are highly sensitive if you know what I mean ladies? Not painful or anything. And where my womb and things are just feels weird today

I'm so confused. I don't want to get any hopes up. Me and OH have bed for the past 3 days in a row and almost every other day before this I know tmi ladies I'm just confused

SarahLou - some women experience these kinds of things after O. It is caused by the rise in progesterone I think. Since you have PCOS, this may be one of the first successful ovulation cycles for you. So this could be normal for your body after O but you wouldn't know because you were not ovulating properly. This is all speculation on my part. There are also women who feel like they know they are pregnant even as early as 1 day past O. There are so many things our bodies can do during this TTC period. I suggest having a calendar or notebook & writing down everything you feel. It could be a good thing or a normal thing. But if you write it down, you will remember for next cycle (if there is a next cycle )

I am the same...nothing on the pantyliner or when I wipe. I put a call in to the nurse line to ask if I need a blood test. There are just too many weird things & no way for me to know what to expect. This is my first cycle of only femara...so no idea what to expect from that. But I was on femara last cycle but also the follistim, ovidrel, & progesterone. Last cycle was about a 17 day lp, but I was on the P supplements which I know delayed AF. Because when I stopped the usual brown spotting started then AF followed a couple days later. But I have never had the spotting or bleed pattern I am having now before. So I want to make sure I should not be concerned. They may say wait it out or come in for the blood test. But really more than anything I want to share my spotting so I know nothing is wrong.

Now I just need to be sure to carry my phone everywhere so I don't miss the call back.

Everything you have said indicates O. You may just want to put in a couple more sessions on an every other day schedule to be sure you are covered.

So I got the call back...she basically said there is nothing to be concerned about. But she does want me to come in for an u/s on Monday if AF has not started. Even if it has started, I would need to come in anyways to start my IUI cycle.

Now I need to figure out how to get this car pool situation figured out. I think I will tell her I have a personal errand that came up...I can still drive her if she is willing to wake up earlier. Then I can just drop her off at a nearby Starbucks or something...or even at our training location.
