Kate McCann releasing a book...

There's a lot of interesting stuff on youtube, interviews and things. You only have to watch them very closely to see that there is something not right about the way they act.

The reason they kids were left alone every night is because the McCann's didn't want "strangers" looking after them (there was apparently a babysitting service offered in the apartments) However, the children were left for 7 hours a day in the care of these "strangers" in the creche...?

Yeah much better to leave them alone and distressed

they do act very strange in interviews and one with seditives that very strange how he reacts and they look at each other it is all very strange and nothing adds up!! and police must have had some reason to question them because that isn't normal procedure is it? just very weird and they so calm personally i would be in bits!!!

I never heard anything about sedativies why did they give her sedatives???

It's a theory that, with them being doctors, they would have had easy access to things like sedatives and what's one way of ensuring your children will sleep through the night if you wanted to go out? Sedate them.

:nope: OMG thats soo wrong!!! they probably gave her too much or something thats what they are trying to cover up that would explain why only she was 'taken' and not the twins as well

Kate's dad has also said that they did give them somethin that night. X

Gerry said they didn't give them anything at all. Then changed it to say he wasn't going to comment. Then Maddie's grandad said that the children WERE given Calpol that night to help them sleep. I don't think you can really accidentally OD on Calpol though. Who knows

I dont get why he said they werent going to omment, and then did :dohh: I imagine you can OD on calop as its paracetamol xx

somethings definately abit fishy, there are too many things that dont add up if you ask me xxx

They said they would always co-operate with the police in any queries they had, yet when they were interrogated they refused to comment on over 40 questions that they were asked. And you could OD on Calpol but not by accident surely? It only contains a small amount of paracetemol so I would guess you'd have to take quite a lot of it.

I have always thought there was something more to this case then what we have been told and I don’t believe that Maddie was abducted. Reading the Mccan files about the sniffer dogs and them smelling human corpse on Kate, the car and cuddle cat is all too much evidence for me, why would you take your daughters favourite toy to work? Surely she would wonder where it was gone? Also Kate insisted she carried cuddle cat around as it had Maddie’s scent on it, but then washed it before detectives took any evidence from it.

I personally think that they sedated all 3 kiddies but gave Maddie too much, they went back to check on her and she was dead, they then thought of their careers, the twins and how much trouble they would be in and thought they could use an abduction as a cover, I also think they disposed of her little body before reporting her missing…wasn’t a big ditch/hole filled in with concrete the next couple of days?

I don’t think Maddie can ever be ‘found’ as I think the Mccans know exactly what happened that night xx

Agree with G. Definately more to this story than is being told.

i probably shouldn't believe everything i read, but if this is true, and she blames this then jeez woman- can't really blame a note in a reservations book, shouldn't have left the kids in the first :growlmad:

I guess if they were giving calop (or similar) to sedate they would give more than the recommended sode to cause sedation, iykwim. Im not sure how much extra you would have to give to cause an overdose. Would she not be sick if she had overdosed though? Or would she have just gone to sleep and not woken up? :nope:

I agree with you G. That's what I think happened. I don't think they killed her on purpose. I believe it was an accident, they panicked and "disposed" of her before reporting her missing. I still to this day find it odd that the first thing Kate McCann did was run back to the restaurant screaming "They've taken her!" Who's taken her? It just seems an odd thing to say/do

That's what I found ridiculous about that clip :dohh: "We will always co-operate with the police" ..... Except you didnt. And the ear scratching, very shifty, if I knew nothing at all about this case and watched those few seconds alone I would think instantly he was lying, its the oldest sign in the book!! Maybe he just had an itchy ear

Plus paracetamol overdose doesn't cause immediate death ... it's a rather nasty, long drawn out, death by liver failure.

Personally I think it's more likely that she met with an accident whilst alone in the apartment and was found some time later (too much later to allow for pretending it had just happened and calling for an ambulance and when the fact that her parents had been absent was obvious).

If that happened then either her parents panicked and stupidly hid her body or there was some other reason why they didn't want her to undergo a post mortem - if the latter, then a lot of people point to a statement made by Dr Gasper, which makes for very disturbing reading  https://thegaspersstatement.blogspot.com/

My first thought would be that my child had managed to unlock the door and come looking for me

When she went running back out, was Gerry is the apartment or did she leave 2 sleeping babys in the apartment after thinking her daughter had been abducted???!!!

Maybe this is just me but if I went back (not that Id leave my kids in the first place) and my child wasnt there I wouldnt automatically think 'abduction' I'd go looking for them because I'd think they'd wandered off.

This is what I think, which would explain the dogs finding the smell of blood.

Exactly. I know Jane Tanner said she saw a man carrying a child away in his arms around the time of the abduction but has anyone seen the sketch of the alleged man? It's faceless. The only people able to back up any claims about seeing an "abductor" are 3 members of the McCann party. Which is odd as it was a complex full of people...
