Another thing that sticks out (not from the interview) is that Kate says she found Cuddle Cat on the shelf above Madeleines bed, yet there is NO shelf in the room, let alone above the bed?????

Also, I simply do not believe the police took 40mins to get there like they say, regardless of the lanuage barrier, they just wouldnt. The call was lodged at 10.40, thats when they rang. he also said people didnt start to do anything untill an hour-2hours later, but 2 hours later it was already breaking news in the UK... the uk dont just make a news headline because some member of the public has called up? it has to be confirmed by authorities that its true...!

She also said that cuddle cat was not taken away from her until 70 days after Madeleine disappeared. But in other places it says it was taken away the next day

I find it odd, that it was Matt who last checked on her, it was Matt that then went and called the police at 10pm and yet that call wasnt logged, but only at 10.40 was a call logged.

Someone please look at 1:37 and watch Gerry swallow hard just as he says "I found the appartment just as Kate had described it" - Now if that's not a lie then I don't know what is!!!
Also, how many times does he go to pull at his ear throughout the interview - IMO another sign of a liar

Another thing my oh has told me is that cadaver dogs can smell a dead body even if it is blocked by concrete or a body of water. Also they will bypass the smell of animal death as human odour is a different scent. A drop of blood would suffice for them. The thing that's confusing is that the cadaver scent was found on only one item of kate mccann's clothes. Her justification is that she had come into contact with a corpse at work within the last 6 weeks. Pardon me if I sound stupid but who takes dirty clothes on holiday and why was it not found on any other item of clothing. Hmmm

Maybe there was a top it was on and she had blood on her but the top didnt wash out so she got rid of it, hence it only being on trousers?

ETA, i mean from Maddie, not at work! like you say... who takes dirty clothes and isnt she a GP? GP's dont really come into contact with dead bodies??

See that's a logical explanation. But say her justification of the cadaverine scent was true, wouldn't she has washed her trouser if she came into contact with a corpse? I know I would have.

Does anyone else think sometimes maybe she was on the private jet and with her things in gerrys holdall and is infact safe and well somewhere with someone, and this is all for money? the publicity stunts theyve done are countless!

But then was pictured in that film i posted, one of the photos of her seems to have bruises on her?? Other thing i think is that they did sell her or 'let' someone take her, for money again, the references to peodophilia and the bruises make me think they didnt really like Maddie, they prefered the twins

No one in high authority has said anything because they all know the truth and there all freemasons also!

And for the record freemasons are just a bunch of people who like to beleive they are more important than they really are. Someone close to me very nearly joined the freemasons (due to a familial connection of mine and one of my family members is one!). Its just keeping money within money and thats all there is to it. I dont think its fair to tar the freemasons with the perverted child abuser brush.

Yes LOW ranking Freemasons are people such as your friend who sees it as a club like an adult version of scouts or something. Its the higher Freemasons which control banks, judges,high levels in the police/parliament, those are the ones that call the shots and are able to manipulate the system to there advantage. Freemasons work in ranks/degrees it works in the same way as a pyramid would work the people in the bottom dont know as much as people at the top same as a cashier at a bank wouldnt know as much as a bank manager.

To be fair, I would be more surprised if she didn't have bruises on her lol I think it's commonplace for kids her age. I don't think there is anything sinister such as them purposely hurting her or anything. Everytime I watch an interview, it confirms my suspicions though. I think that whatever happened to Madeleine, happened on Gerry's watch. He is far too sure of himself and totally dominant over Kate, talking over her and repeating things she says. I still think Kate was unaware of what happened to Madeleine until Gerry told her. I don't think she was a part of it initially but he is very strong willed and would have forced her to go along with it. I say that because, although she comes across cold at times, when she is talking about Maddie, she does look a little lost and you can almost see her going completely into her own head. Like she wants to say what happened. If Maddie is dead and she knows but can't say, she probably feels like she can't express her real grief. I would be hysterical, inconsolable if god forbid anything happened to Grace. But I think that Gerry has such a hold over her on something so awful that she's been "brainwashed" in a way. Their interviews always seem rehearsed as well. I watched that video link before and I don't know what it was, but something about Kate made me feel for her, despite not liking the woman at all. The way she spoke about Madeleine, she seemed to speak in a genuinely fond way, like when she was talking about their last night together. I'm kind of rambling now lol but yeah. Basically I believe madeleine did die in the apartment that night and it was Gerry's idea to cover it up (could explain the smith's sighting) He then told his wife after she went to the apartment and found maddie missing. The tapas 9 get to the apartment, Kate is frantic, he calms her down and they all enter into this "pact of silence" and start cooking up their cover story. A mother's love for her children is nowhere near the same as a father's. As much as I despise her, I don't think she was capable of doing anything like that. I totally believe Gerry would be, he seems like a controlling and aggressive man, and I believe that that would be how he managed to get Kate to shut up and play along. Might be totally on the wrong track but the more I see of them both, the more I start to think Kate is just some puppet in Gerry's little production and I think she so desperately wants it out of her head that she's brought out this book to try and convince herself that's what really happened. Almost like a fantasy world she could get lost in. I write stories and often I have written ones that I wish reflected real life and when I write them I get totally lost in them.

GP can come into contact with dead bodies - either when someone passes away at home and they have to certify death before the funeral director can convey the body, or when they are visiting funeral homes in order to complete cremation papers for people who have died at home.

However these examinations are extremely perfunctory (remember this is part and parcel of my work so I've seen dozens of them performed) - it's not unusual for the doctor to merely check a wrist band so why clothing would come into it I don't know they barely touch the body with their hands, let alone rub their clothes all over them

Also Kate McCann's family members claimed that she had been in contact with SIX corpses before leaving on holiday Trust me ... for a locum GP that is, quite literally, unbelievable. I've never even known a full time GP called in to do that many crem papers in that amount of time (apart from Harold Shipman) most people die in hospital anyway and of those that do pass away at home about half don't need crem papers because they are to be buried, the other half's GPs are widely spread and they call a 2nd doctor of their own aquaintance, which is unlikely to be a flipping locum!

On July 7 2008 Mrs Justice Hogg gave judgement in the Family Division of the High Court regarding the attempt by Kate & Gerry McCann to gain access to all the Leicester Police documents regarding the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

The judgement was by agreement between the parties and was made in open court.

M/S Kate McCann in her book Madeleine has now provided an except from the official submission of Leicester Police to the court regarding the matter and outlining the reasons why they could not agree to provide the documents. Signed by the assistant chief constable of Leicestershire it runs:

“While one or both of them may be innocent, there is no clear evidence that eliminates them from involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance.”

It really frustrates me that this stuff never makes it into the UK press!!
