Lets Get Fit and Help our Cycles

No news is good news! :) I love your new siggy pics!

Thank you Allie. I made the siggie myself

 hey girls

well been naughty last night and today, got alot of work to do next week to correct what i have put back on :dohh:

Dannii, I would def. keep your appt as it can't hurt. Hurray for AF showing up, though! My cousin had cycles as long as yours and she got pregnant somewhere in the middle of it....she's due next month.

Thanks Allie! Good to hear about your cousin as it sometimes feels like it's impossible. I was feeling great about AF showing up, til now it doesn't seem to want to leave!! :nope: What is wrong with me?!! :haha: CD9 and going strong..(sorry TMI!) :haha:
FXd for Ov Dandy!!

Oh, and the whole eating healthy and exercise has definitely gone out the window!!

It's the weekend girls, don't be hard on yourselves with your diet. We had pizza and icecream today. But at least I made it to the gym!

Hmm, Dannii, sorry AF doesn't want to leave. Maybe it's becase your cycle was so long there's just a lot of blood to shed. That's probably a good thing so it's not building up. When I was skipping periods like that a few years ago they were worried the lining would get too thick.

That makes me feel better, thanks Allie! :hugs: Makes sense as... TMI ALERT! the first week it was horrid/dark/old IYKWIM, but the last few days it's been nicer/fresher. I think it's easing today too which is good. Was starting to worry that it wouldn't be gone by Ov! eek! :haha:
Well done for getting to the gym. I've been rubbish towards the end of this week. Even got the bus to and from work... I vow to do better this week! Going to try to do something today. I'm tired of not fitting properly into my big work trousers!!
Hope you're all well.

It sounds like everything's on the right track, Dannii!

Endocrinology appt today= crap

She said my thyroid was fine, my prolactin was back down to normal, and the only thing off was my testosterone. She had no idea what was causing that or my long cycles and told me she didn't think I'd have any luck without a fertility specialist!!!! :( I honestly don't believe that, though....I mean, there must be SOMETHING causing long cycles, even if it's just weight. I don't like being told willy nilly I will need a fertility specialist. Luckily I'm seeing an OBGYN next month and hopefully they're more helpful. Hey ho....that's life I guess.

How is everyone today?

:hugs: allie, sorry that dr doesnt sound like they were much help :dohh:

im waiting for ov to happen atm :dohh: dunno if the clomid will make it happen any time soon  i had some cramping yesterday, but nada today  i've lost 3.6kg nearly 4kg :happydance:

approx 10 days and i will be at the time i oved in my last cycle, hope this one isnt any longer :dohh:

no real CM atm, am gonna buy some grapefruit juice and try to increase it

Allie sorry bout the testostrone hope things get better for you

asfm having cramps and having problems laying on my stomach

Hey, how is everyone? I don't want to see this group dissapear...unless it's because we all got our BFPs of course!

Well, I had my first OBGYN appoinment today and the doctor said he's pretty sure I have PCOS. :( I'm getting a bunch more blood tests and another ultrasound in Decemeber.

Meanwhile, I tried soy this cycle and I ovulated yesterday, at CD23!! :) Way earlier than last cycle.

Hope everyone is well. :hugs:

yay allie looks like you got lots of Bding in too :happydance:

im in the 2ww also :happydance: though not feeling as confident with my bd times :dohh: oh well, there is always next time

sorry you might have Pcos hunny

how is everyones exercising going? looks like im stuck with 3kg lost and im not losing any more, i have to get tougher on myself :dohh:

Hey! Yay for ov, and on CD22, that's pretty good! It looks like the Clomid worked. I looked at your chart and your BDing times looked fine to me, and you got it in on the day that matters most. FX for a BFP for you! Are you having any 2ww 'symptoms?'

Yeah, I was really bummed about my diagnosis today. I know PCOS is common but the doctor made it sound like it would be reeeally hard to get pregnant. :( A negative attitude.

Dandy, do you know if are insulin resistant? They are going to test me for that next, and an ultrasound.

In the meantime I don't know what to do. They are thinking Metformin but I have to wait until more bloods get done (on my next CD3). I hate waiting! I guess I'll just exercise and try to eat well....

Sorry you've hit a plateau. At least you have lost some weight. Slowly but surely is the way to do it so it's okay that it's coming off slowly...but my exercising has been really bad at the moment. I don't know how to make it a 'habit', and I'm so tired after work everyday.

um no my gyn hasnt said anything about me being insulin resistant, if i continue to eat bad and dont lose some more weight i am however prone to diabetes, being that i have pcos (increases my chances) and that it runs in my family :dohh: so im going to try to be as good as i can and lose some more weight

like you said it is common, the dr shouldnt have made it sound like the end of the world :trouble: pple with pcos fall pg all the time with and without help

i really am hoping i get pg this cycle...but am still very doubtful :dohh: no symptoms for me just the sore nipples which is common for me after Ov

what if i didnt Ov the day the chart says  what if i Oved the day before the temp rise?? we only bd the night before that temp..:dohh: i really think i dont have a chance this time

Hey Ladies!! Just checking in quickly to say :hi: and see how you're all doing.

Allie, I'm sorry to hear about the PCOS. At least you have a diagnosis now though, and Dandy's right, I hear about loads of people falling pg with PCOS. It seems more common than anything else. Is there anything you can do to help it? (Sorry, I don't know a great deal about it) Good luck for the other tests/ultrasound. Meanwhile, I'm happy to hear the Soy is helping with Ov. Who knows, you may not need those other tests!! I'm finding exercise difficult to motivate myself get into too. It's hard after work when you're tired after work, and even more difficult on my days off when I have other stuff to do! It's all about routine I suppose.
Dandy, I have my FXd for you too this cycle. I'm impressed with you're weight loss too, it exceeds mine by about... well... 3kgs?! :haha: Hehe! Got to try extra hard this week (need to work off those doughnuts...).
:hugs:

danni :haha: yes missy :trouble: you better start exercising!! well if u dont wanna exercise maybe you should clean up your diet  thats always a start to being healthier

 i have no idea what my temps are doing, i think with the temp dip today im out and AF will show in about a week

i wanna lose more kg yet :dohh: im just not strict enough on myself either :dohh:

Hello!!! Just wondered how everyone is doing?
I'm ok, not been very good with the weight loss, and no BFP for me yet but relatively happy!!
Hope you're all well. xx

 hey girls

danni :hugs: same here, im not putting any weight on, but im not losing any either :dohh:
