Hi Gabrielle

Firslty, I just thought I'd tell you about my sore boobs!! (Where else would that be a normal thing to say apart from on this forum??!) I never had them. Ever. Until I got pregnant. Then mc and never had them again. Until last month, premenstrually, and I thought whopee!! pregnant!! But I wasn't and they haven't gone away. Right through this cycle and now through AF (which arrived a few days ago - CD40).

SO sometimes I think our hormones do play havoc with us and make it hard to know what's going on. Good luck with the tests and hopefully that will give you a bit of a clue.

Now, on to your medically nighmare pregnancies! The only thing I can think of re waiting is the blood clots. Where were they? In your legs? Do you take an anticoagulant ? (e.g. warfarin)?

(sorry for so many questions! You don't have to give all your medical details out if you don't want to)

It's very frustrating when someone tells u to wait, when you want to carry on...

Feeling pretty good at the moment!!! I'm on CD39 (EEK!) and it looks like I OV this weekend Been checking CM daily... on Wednesday I noticed it was 'watery' so we decided to start BD...twice a day! I think we're going to keep at it for another day or two but we're freakin knackered Temp has dropped, had two positive OPK's yesterday and Friday, noticed a dull ache in my side last night and then this morning I've noticed sore boobs... I never picked up on these things until coming here and I'm sooooo glad I did!! I don't want to get my hopes up but I'm really hoping it won't be long before I get my

I'm not sure what I'd do in your situation Gabrielle. Have you told you doctor how important it is for you to try again? She can't stop you TTC but it would be far better to have her support your decision.

I OV'ed 3 days ago woohoo! So this cycle will only be 38 days, not bad!!

I get sore boobies at 1dpo EVERY cycle... and they are agony! It's the only reason I'm grateful for long cycles. LOL. I don't think it's helped by the fact I have huge boobs.. but omg I hate it.

Hey there, thanks for reading my post! Well for the boobs, they started hurting again really bad today...and im done bleeding? Usually af is at least 7 days, this time only 4...idk whats going on, but my boobs really really hurt.

And for the blood clots they were in my ovarian veins. very rare and scary!..i was on a heparin drip for two weeks, and i have lovanex shots twice a day that i put into my belly. I know it sucks that she doesnt want me to ttc now, but she would be okk with it just concerned. I have a peri doc too and he also said to wait. I need to have a heart surgery before i should technically get preggo...but im TOO scared to! My hubby also started saying that we should wait another five months to really start trying...WTF...i feel so alone now and know we might not offically start trying yet....alot to think about!

Aww Gabrielle, sorry to hear you're probably put on a wait. But I must admit I can fully understand why your husband would feel like that about it. You've got 2 gorgeous children already and he obviously is worried about losing his wife/their mum while trying for a third. It's a lot to have to weight off each other, and if after 5 months it's less dangerous than I can fully understand and recommend waiting.

As for me, I'm still playing the waiting game. FF seems to think I ovulated several days ago, I'm not too sure yet. My temperature has been higher however. I had 2 days of spotting, first day I just assumed it was from the bd'ing, yesterday I thought AF was coming on. This morning everything has disappeared again. Guess we'll wait even longer and see what happens. I'm now officially on CD70! [sarcasm] Woo-Hoo!!! [/sarcasm]

Wow and gosh! Sounds highly technical and complicated. I suppose we can't give you advice, as we just aren't qualified to do so!! I think you just have to weigh up the risks and ensure you consider them very carefully.

I'm not quite sure what we are going to do. af has left the building and i think we might just not prevent...so not try but ya know if it happens than it was meant to be.! I dont know i might obsess without hubby lol hehe

I hope you girls allow me to join in with you. I have long cycles too! After my miscarriage I had a 124d cycle, a 84d cycle and I'm currently on CD 34. I believe I'm 7 dpo today too. But lets see how that works out.

My last two cycles were ended by me taking Provera.

Yeah? thats what I thought too. Today however my temp is low but I don't think correct. I didn't get sleep last night and I believe I took my temp only one hour after sleeping. Not three or more.

We will see what happens tomorrow morning.

It would likely be lower then. I wouldn't worry about it, one temp means nothing. I too had a funny night, I was up at 4.30am peeing?! so I'd only just had 3 hours sleep, and it was low today.

I'm still waiting. CD71, FF claims I'm 6dpo but I doubt it as my temperature never dropped and my ovulation sticks were negative. I've been spotting for 4 days now, and growing very impatient. Just wish AF would hurry up :'(

Temps don't always drop for ovulation.. and ovulation sticks can be inaccurate too.. doc told me to test 2-3 times a day to be absolutely certain - this was when I told her I was definitely not ovulating. She said it could be missed easily. Also IC OPK's are usually useless for me... don't know what you're using?

Don't give up yet... I think you OV'ed for sure. Have you played the charting game on FF, where they show you a chart and you choose the day of OV? There's always ones like yours with no dip.

Thanks ...i've decided that i am going to read into my surgery alot more and see the risks and benifits and go from there. We are also trialing new meds for me that maybe safer for pregnancy. No matter what we are planning on getting prego this december...or trying i should say....only downfall dnt want to be prego in summer incase i do have bedrest again..ya know?

Stardancer, I honestly did not no that! Makes me a lot more hopeful than I am actually ovulating =) I'm using IC too, and they haven't noticed a darn thing. But I'm hearing more and more than people simply don't like them. I only got them at a recommendation of someone on here when I first joined. I'll keep using them, simply because I have them and it's fun to see whether the line is slightly darker than the day before or not. lol

I am sorting of hoping that FF was wrong though, as I'm only 7 DPO and my spotting got a bit heavier today. I'm thinking I might meet the full blown AF later today. I'm thrilled because I've waited long enough! Yet at the same time worried, did I ovulate at all? And if I did, my Luteal phase will only have been about a week instead of 14 days. Either way, I'm hoping my next cycle will be a heck of a lot shorter (I'm dreading the thought of having to wait over 2 months again!) and will show positive signs of ovulation.
