Hello to all you wonderful girlies! I'm looking for some TTC#1 friends to obsess about symptoms and share my thoughts and (hopefully no) grief with.

I am 27 (28 the end of May) and live in the States. This is month #2 of TTC. I am currently on CD 9. My Cycles are around 28 days give or take a couple here and there. SO is 33.

I just started charting temps this month, and I will also be using OPK. I try to check this site daily.

Any buddies would be appreciated!

hey, wish u so much luck, im currently waiting for my period...im 3 days overdue...have most symtoms apart from sore boobs...but only had spotted bleeding just over a week ago...will be happy to be ur buddy and chit chat about symtoms and BFP xx

I've just posted something similar in the NTTP thread. I'm not keen on going down the whole TTC charting route ATM, but apart from that and the fact I'm in the UK, we seem to be pretty similar. I turned 28 last month and OH is nearly 31. After originally agreeing to wait until August this yr, we've decided to come off BCP and do the NTNP thing. This month is our first proper cycle of doing this, but quite happy to see where the next few months takes us.

I am too but get your doctor to prescribe you EMLA (lidocane and prilocane) cream. put it on and hour or two (they say 30 minutes is enough, I like to take extra precaution) over your vein (put it on both arms if you are unsure which vein techs will use) and you won't feel anything. I have had more blood drawn in the past year and haven't felt it. its the only way I will let someone with a needle near me.

So how is everybody doing? I just paid for an extra month of VIP on fertility Friend so my membership wouldn't run out in the middle of the TWW. haha! That would be terrible.

I've been temping, charting, checking CM and doing OPK. No O yet, but it probably won't get here until around Wednesday when we're in the next state over on business in a really fancy hotel with a jacuzzi for two. NICE!

I'm really having trouble assessing my CM this month because of BD. Makes it kind of hard to tell if the consistency is really wet or if it's just from BD. Sorry TMI. It doesn't help that I O'd a week earlier than normal last month so I have no clue when to look for it this month.

Any how, I'm just waiting on O so I can start obsessing about every little twinge and ache in the TWW! I'm really hoping to find out I'm PG on or around my golden Birthday on the 28th.

Well you did pretty good with English only a second language! What is your normal spoken language?

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. How are you handling that? I would love to talk sometime. Things can get pretty discouraging when you're TTC.

My hubby flew in crawfish from LA and we are having a crawfish boil with some friends tomorrow.
Hoping for AF to show up soon. finished my 10 days of prometerium and cramped for most of this week. Once AF shows, one more round of blood work to complete the fertility specialist tests.
Hopefully I will have no cysts on my ovaries or else the treatment process will be longer =(

It should be fun. The one great thing about the military seems to be there is always something to do on the weekends. It's a nice distraction for me even though I have sworn off drinking in hopes to lose weight for the next six weeks. We shall see if I can survive another party without a glass of wine. =)

I don't drink either. I'm a recovering alcoholic with a year of sobriety. Social events have gotten easier as the time has passed. I'm lucky that DB is also a recovering alcoholic (we met in treatment....lol) and we both have decided to get sober together. We really don't go out much at all, but when we do, we are a team!

I drink just not when I am trying to lose weight. Right now I drink a glass of wine a week and I chose to have mine during a military function I went to with the DH. So I was good and didn't drink at all during the party we went to.
