Doing it every day will give you top quality sperm but its the quantity that gets lower over time of doing it daily. which is why I like the sperm meets egg plan better ( do it every other day up till your positive opk then every day for 3 days.)

Hey girls when I fell pg last time I did it 2 days before ovulation the day of and 3 days later and that worked I think if I do it about 4 or 5 nights in a row u will catch tht egg... I'v just got my af since my mc so I'm counting down the days till I can start trying again...xxxx

Thanks.. Yeah was goin to try b4 af came but didn't ovulate till cd34 so it was a bit messed up. Even my af is a lot lighter than normal but as soon as its gone il be until I get my BFP....xxx

Can I join you? I an currently on CD15 and dtd on CDs 11,12,13 and 14 so going well so far

We are trying to be more relaxed this month and just enjoy lots of bd-ing. I'm not temping or checking cm. I have got some opks but keep forgetting to use them! This is our 3rd cycle.
