Hope...I had bleeding at 2 points this pregnancy, first at 7 weeks then at 10 weeks (10 weeks was deep red with little clots) I thought that was it!! Luckily seeing gorgeous little bubs a few days later was miraculous...so I know what you're going through xx I hope you don't get anymore bleeding and H&H 9 to you too hun!!

I said it would happen at 13 DPO right? Haha. I am so excited and thrilled! I have not yet told my DH yet. Our work schedules have been opposite this week so we haven't seen much of each other and I want it to be a celebration. I am taking him to a nice dinner tomorrow to tell him. We went to this place for our anniversary and when we got our usual creme brulee they wrote happy anniversary on the plate. I am thinking of asking them to write Congratulations #1 Dad! We'll see.

Ladies TTC- and Fx that you'll get your BFP soon!

So I broke down and ordered a doppler. After hearing the baby's heartbeat at my last appt, I just wanted a weekly reassurance that everything is ok. I should get it by this weekend. I'm was torn b/c I didn't want one in case I couldn't find the HB but then again, need that peace of mind- ya know what I mean. The NP was able to find the HB as soon as she put it on my tummy and it was loud and could not be mistaken for mine or wooshing sounds that I hear about so I hope my experience is the same.

Still getting some nausea at the beginning of the week, which is when I think the baby grows thinking. I hope to get a real bump in the next few weeks. Like Carly, I'm constantly feeling my tummy since it's starting to get firmer, eeek! Soo exciting!

I had my scan and everything was perfect. Peanut is measuring 6.1 cm and was wriggling away like crazy - even blew a little bubble hehe. I am amazed how much my bubs now looks like a baby. The scan pic isn't the clearest but you can see him/her

Glad everyone is doing well..and I am gong to try to relax a little now xx

Thanks! Am so nervous. We are having a private scan next week on Thursday when I'll be 10+3. Getting to the time where we lost our other two so hopefully will just give us some reassurance and keep us calm til 12 weeks!

I'm so happy for you that everything turned out alright. It is amazing how much the change in the first 12 weeks, from a black dot to a live fetus. I can't wait for the 20 anatomy scan. It's only 6 weeks away, which does & doesn't see that far away.

I have to know what we're having b/c I really don't want all yellow or green baby clothes. How about you ladies, do you want to know what your having?

I don't know about finding out the gender...I quite like surprises but at the same time I like to be prepared! I think whatever we do, no one will buy anything til they've heard the baby's been born anyway Everyone I know with kids say don't bother buying clothes yourself because you'll get given so many! Or other colours like cream, purple, orange, red, brown etc aren't really 'gender specific' so you could get clothes in those colours

Thanks Purple Ivy I am excited for the 20 week scan too!! A longer scan YAAAAY!!! haha...I keep having scares though...bleeding episodes (with backache). Had some on the day of my scan and then a tiny amount of blood today...grrr...naughty baby scaring mummy

Has your doppler arrived??!! I hope so!! My 20 week scan is 8 weeks away aggghh lol...cannot wait that long and hope to have a private gender scan on Valentine's day Will let you all know how we get on. I am the most impatient person EVER!! lol

Smiler, my best friend is 14 weeks aghead of me and they chose not to find out the sex...she has a little boy already so I think it's nice. It's her OH's first baby though so I think they did amazingly to NOT find out. I am more anxious than them to know what they are having!! Hahaha

Thank you!!! Glad you are doing good..just take a easy. I bled with some of my pregnancys and nothing with others. It's scary. I can't wait til I hear about your 20 week scan. I LOVE getting them. So exciting! Good luck and keep u posted. I am 1 dpo today. I dtd around O time..lol I won't be discouraged if it doesn't work so soon. Hope to share good news soon! take care.
