Low Sperm Count and Clomid, success??

I'm back a second time. We have been trying for 14 months for number 2 now (took us 2 years with our DD). I have PCOS. DH had a low count last time (17mil), but this time his SA said 8mil, so less than half! So he's starting Clomid tonight (he has low testosterone). Anyone have success with male infertility and Clomid?
