Why does the screen say up to £8 though as a target when they don't pay out till £10.50. Bit strange!

Just had to open a missi cash back claim with TCB. For my car insurance. I'm not overly bothered as it's the policy I would have chosen anyway...but an extra £30 would be quite nice.
