@NDH thanks! Im trying hard to keep my hopes in check, but I feel pregnant so it makes it hard to do. I can understand temping just to prove ovulation then not more because of analyzing and anxiety. Temping actually helps me because its something i get to look forward to each day and something to do during tww rather than seeing bfn tests because of starting to test too early. Idk if i could wait to test if i didn't get to take my temp. Lol

The fullness in my uterus, the hot flashes, the increased thirst & appetite, lower back pain last night, and i even dealt with aversions to ds nursing which i havent had before. I got my hopes up during the clomid cycles because that medicine definitely mimics pregnancy and i always got a bfn but now that’s 8 weeks ago. I doubt it’s causing this.
 
@WantingababyF I def still see something. I posted a link a little while back, will try and find it again later about how very sensitive tests like frer actually pick up on something called hcgh I think it was which is produced around conception, then the hcg is picked up later. I kept getting faint lines around 6-7 dpo which then faded out and I was thinking it could have been this. So perhaps its picking up that and then when that fades off you could get a 'real' line after implantation. Fxd for you that's what's going on and you get a proper line in a few days x
 
Hi Ladies. Just had a quick read to catch up but will reply to you all tomorrow when I’m hopefully feeling more human. We’ve yet another illness in the house. 3 of the children and myself are down with strep a/tonsillitis. Feeling absolutely rotten. It’s dashed all hope for me now. Been trying to manage with just paracetamol for the pain but had to take a dose of ibuprofen yesterday and once again today because my throat was so painful and I ended up with another bad headache on top and the paracetamol was not touching it. I read that can interfere with implantation. I also read taking penicillin shouldn’t cause any trouble but with how ill I’ve felt the last couple of days I can’t see me getting pregnant and I think even if I miraculously was to be, I’d be really worried what it would mean for the baby. So tired of bug after bug. It’s been relentless since Xmas. 7dpo today and have absolutely no hope at all now
Just quickly tho @WantingababyF i still see a line on your recent test. I really hope this is your rainbow. If they are evaps, they are shocking and the worst I’ve seen. I really hope they are a true bfp. Fx’d for you hun

So sorry to hear that. The viruses really have been crazy this winter. Hope you all feel better soon and that it’s the last you have for the season.
 
Hi all. AF got me on 3/13. Marriage is rocky right now. I don't know how things will unfold in the near future. If I happen to be in the TWW wait at any point due to careless behavior, I will check back in.

@WantingababyF I'm hopeful that the lines on your recent tests are genuine. Perhaps the old batch of tests that has blazing lines were flukes with extra dye so made the rest line darker than it should be?

@Laurabub84 so sorry about all the sickness in your house :(. I fell pregnant with the baby I lost at 14 weeks while I had covid so definitely wouldn't rule out illness during the tww as meaning no chance of getting pregnant.

@littlewitch I'm so sorry about both AF and your marriage troubles :(. I hope you are both able to take some time, both individually and together, to work on things.
 
Hi Ladies.
Good Morning from Australia!
I took a test this morning to confirm chemical/evaps and well I got the complete opposite of confirmation.
Problem is I don't know of this test was the last one of the first batch I bought (the ones with the first lines) or the new batch ](*,)

ugh how frustrating @WantingababyF !! Looks like it's time to run out and grab some more, maybe another brand to confirm? :-k
 
@WantingababyF that's a super clear line. The coming days will bring more clarity but it's hard to be patient.

What part of Australia are you from? I lived in port Macquarie NSW for 11 years but I've been back in Canada for two years.

Hi I am originally from West Yorkshrie in England, moved to Australia in 2007 to Melbourne and end of 2021 I moved to the Gold Coast.
Do you miss Australia? I love it here

Surely you can't have that many different tests evap on you. Those multiple lines look legit, that's so unfair! What about a digi?

I bought 2 different boxes, all 3 from one box had those dark lines and all the ones from the other box had barely there possible indent line. So I guess one of the boxes is bad, which one is the question. I will wait to see if AF shows up and if not then I'll do one last test. I'm 10 DPO today and usually have 31 day cycles so a little to wait.

West Yorkshire is lovely, I came from a town called Bingley. The moors were beautiful especially when it snowed, but I much prefer my life in Australia and the opportunities it bought me. I couldn't imagine raising my boys in England. The Australian beaches are the best place for them.

Well..10 dpo today and a BFN for me. I'm not at all surprised. I was having some decent symptoms around 5/6/7 dpo but they gradually began to fade. That and I just don't feel pregnant. If AF comes on the expected day then my next possible due date will be Dec. 27th.

A Christmas baby would be cute and all, but not practical. Still, after giving it much thought, I still want to try as I don't want to waste any chances.

Who knows, maybe I will still be surprised this cycle, but at this point, I feel like I know what's coming..
