Don't feel bad I'm freaking out Cbfm had highs yesterday and today but temps haven't dropted then today my temps shot up to 97.8 and the highest it's been this cycle was 97.5 so now I'm not sure of anything i didn't bd yesterday because we had bd from the 24-26th and so yesterday was our break day today we are gonna bd but I'm so worried now

Well I'm so lost and confused how do you know if you really did ovulate should I guess we will bd until until Cbfm goes back to low
