Would you two mind telling me about cm if any? I never paid any attention during my cycles. Some women are dry, some have creamy..... Any input from you two?

I hope it stays with you Jules! =) And no, I'm actually pretty dry, which is weird, because I feel like I'm wet, so I run to the bathroom thinking af is there & nada. But my underwear will sometimes feel wet & look like lotiony cm has been there.

Aaw I hope so for u jules! I am the same as nicki, feel wet but nothing's there! Tbh I don't know if this normal at this stage sorry but I had cm couple if days ago an it was creamy white, not clear anymore. I am also waiting for these smear test results to come back, they're due any day now. I want a baby growing in ther, nothin else ;0(

Hopefully you'll get good results back! And yea I had some creamy white cm today, pretty much right after I typed that post. I also had someone tweak my test on another site & they said it looks like indent with dye run. I may just splurge this weekend and get a digital one.

Mine looks like 3 lines on my photo on here?! Maybe twins again lol. (Not really funny ha). I resized it with some online thing and it came out quite pixilated. Wen I looked at the test ther looked like a faint line. Whether it's an evap or bfp, it's still a faint line lol. Love poas haha. I dunno wen my af due so might just wait til Monday before I test again.

There's so much different stuff online. Some sites say an evap line is just that, some say if you get any pink that you are probably pregnant because it wouldn't turn pink if it didn't detect hcg.

And some say the white line showing up thick just means you haven't produced enough hcg lol.

Wow... All this craziness from those squinters is definitely making holding off easier. Too much confusion! Now I'm kinda rethinking if I even want to test Sunday....my AF isn't due until next wed / thurs...maybe I better wait until at least sept 1 st.. ( Monday)

Really nicki? Oh Ay it's so confusing! I am too impatient to just bloody wait... I know what u mean jules but people are diff and that's how they cope and how they like to b. Av stuck my photo on hopin everyone goes bfp an I can get secretly excited ha.

A big part of me doesn't want to test, If I am I don't want to know for ages so it doesn't drag along and 9 months will seem like 10yrs. But I am soooo nosey! And curiosity just gets the better of me. I don't have any in the house and I will try to not buy any so will just see what happens! Am not re testing til at least Sunday! As I have a party sat night ha...

Hi Everyone,

I am new to these boards but have been reading through this post and it has been really helpful! I have been using the ovulation kits to test and I had my "peak" day last Friday and therefore I am 6dpo today. This 2 week wait is killing me too! My husband is excited and wants to test as soon as possible but I think I'm going to wait the 2 weeks so that I don't get discouraged. I slept for 10 hours at night on Sunday (@ 2 dpo) and thought that might be a "sign". But then had no symptoms other than bloating basically everyday since. I keep telling myself it's probably the healthy diet I eat and not a sign. But yesterday (@5dpo) I had some cramping starting midday and lasting into the night (almost felt as though I might be getting my regular period cramps) but today now most of the bloating is gone and the cramping is gone as well. I don't know what to think. I'm excited to be able to wait this out with all of you as well.

Nicki u have to try this! Apparently evap lines wash off! Googled it before an I just had to try it! Bf caught me as well an sed I was mad ha!!!

Make sure the tests r dry! Then dip in water. If it is a urine stain or evap, the test strip will go mega white. If it's a squinter then it goes darker...

the top test was from Tuesday afternoon, one off the dr. All washed an clean an I think bfn.
Middle test was a cheapo one from Wednesday fmu. All washed an clean and looks to me like bfn.
However today's one (that looks like twins ha) all washed and clean but thers still a line! And a darker one!! Big gulp!! Do u c it?!

Disney.. Welcome! Join us three crazy ladies in this wait! We enjoy chatting to pass the time... Are you trying for your first baby? I am about 7 dpo, so pretty close to you. We are only trying this one cycle ( kinda on a whim) and plan on ttc again starting in December if nothing works out this cycle. I never had any symptoms or anything during the tww with my other pregnancies, so I'm kinda boring chatting about that... But anywho, I plan on testing Sunday or mondayh when I am 10 or 11 dpo... I expect AF sept 3 or 4th. With my other two regnancies I just kinda had the vibe.... No symptoms just thought I was for whatever reason... Not really getting this vibe this time. Oh well, I'll still enjoy testing a few times!

Katie, bless your soul- Love ya girl! Haha I never heard that about trying to figure out if its an evap, good to know! I stil have a hard time seeing things on your tests, but dnt even ask my opinion because I'm old school... You see a line it's pos, you don't its neg.... I never see the " faint faint" ones usually, so just dont go by me at all. I hope it's really there and will darken so I can join in seeing it over the weekend!

Honestly, I am so excited for these guys here to get their positives im Rooting for you every step of the way!

I say keep testing ( bc why not?) and lets see what develops.
Interestingly enough, I have seen some women who actually have darker lines in the evening than with fmu, which goes against what I had always assumed.. That it's best to test first thing. But I guess some women's bodies are different and they get stronger hormones making those lines pop when testing in the evening... Hmm. Just a thought

Katie - I'm not good at looking at these and analyzing them yet but it looks like it could be promising! I'm excited for you to see how your next few days go! I'm hopeful for you that it will keep getting darker!!

Jules - Yes, chatting to pass the time definitely works for me too! We are indeed trying for our first baby. I am 27 and my husband 28. I'm glad to hear you didn't have much for symptoms during the TWW, that's reassuring since I don't have too much. It's hard to know what is my imagination or not lol. So you are trying for your third baby?
I was going to try to hold out the full 2 weeks but now I'm thinking maybe just maybe I will give in on Monday which will be 10 dpo. I just don't want to be discouraged but we will see if I can hold out till next Friday or not.

10 dpo is the absolute earliest I will test, even then it's a toss up....
Yes this will be our third baby.. And LAST baby, so I will enjoy testing and make the most of it, positive or negative, it will still be the last ' go round' so I'll take it all, the good and the bad of ttc!

Jules - I'm so jealous lol! It really is seems so nice that you are pretty laid back and excited either way since you are trying for your last child. We want to have 4. I'm seeing so many people on these posts tonight get positives or faint positives, its so hard to hold out and not just grab the test I have at home and take it!

During your TWW is anyone doing anything special with what they eat or drink or exercise or not exercise? Any advice? (I just had pizza so I'm feeling a little blah at the moment lol)

Haha nope, I'm lucky I get to eat between preparing meals and feeding the kiddos and keeping up with dishes etc.... my 1 yr old needs her mamas attention 24/7 so it's just really hectic here.

I must say it's pretty diff now that I've been there done that.. With my first, I was so super strict when preggo. now, I obviously won't drink or anything crazy, but it's so silly all the crap they have you think and worry about..... I don't have time for that

Disney-Welcome! Hoping some of your early symptoms are promising, can't wait for you to be able to test soon too! I usually update my symptoms, they come & go. haha. I think I'm just crazy.

Katie-I really think I do see a line on that third test! And I actually just read about that tonight too! I really hope its true & you get your bfp!

Jules-I'm excited for you to get on the testing boat! Even though tomorrow is Friday, next week feels like forever haha.

Y'all I swear my brain isnt working this week though. I feel like I'm in a cloud & I've been so clumsy. I tripped & fell at work on Tuesday, scraping my knees. -_- Then today a glass fell outta the cabinet & broke right next to me & I had to really think about what just happened. I tried to put the chips in the fridge instead of the dip. And I stepped on a fire ant hill for the 2nd time in a month. But, apparently they are becoming an epidemic here in North Carolina.

And I'm originally from CT, so I really don't pay attention to walking in the grass, since they aren't native up there.

Symptoms today: A little nausea, hot flash, just feeling drained again. Gonna go try that water thing though!

Disney.. Just a random note not that it really makes a difference ultimately, but typically ovulation occurs within 24 hrs of a peak opk. So you said your pos opk was Friday, then i would count dpo saying sat was Ov day, then Sunday was 1 dpo ( days post ovulation.. You don't really count o day)
Anyhow, that's just how I thought...again not that it rally matters much
