Sarah: we are really lucky that our house is in a really desirable location and so we should have no problem selling it. Houses on our street and the two surrounding streets don't tend to stay on the market long.

Emera: Will be def getting a survey done. This house had loads of problems a lick of paint disguised that we have fixed over the years since we have lived here. Wil be much more careful this time. Well done owning 45% of the house now

I def wouldn't be doing it now if we were not desperate

Emera where is Devon?? That's were I am in East Devon!! How are the contractions?

I am officially pooped!!! Very early night for me. Picked Will up from nursery tonight and as I put him in the car he pointed up and said "moon" I am so chuffed!!

L-C we are planning to move to Exeter to start with, then we'll be looking around for places between Exeter and Totnes really. Probably narrow the search a bit once we get more of a feel for the areas and the market prices etc.

Hope you get some sleep! Contractions are still going but not progressing anywhere.

H&F Glad your scan went well. I loved your way of telling people with the profile pic. if you don't mind I am going to steal the idea, as two people have posted on my wall congratulations and I have had to delete as we are just telling people at the moment.

Need to read through and catch up with what you have all been doing. Hope you are all well.

Nice search areas Modo! We are lucky too, this is a really good and desirable area. The flat upstairs sold for the full asking price within a week of going on the market just before Christmas. We sort of don't want to sell, as its such a good investment property. But being landlords from a distance might become tiresome. So we'll see how it goes

Morning all! Erin wet the bed again so by 7.15am I'd already put a wash in! I'm sooooo tired Owen was up before 6. Tried ignoring him but gave in in the end at 6.40am and put him in bed with us for a bf! Got friends coming round later and the place is a tip! Need to get cleaning but zero energy!

Morning

I got up at 7:30 yippeeee after a ccouple of weeks of between 4 and 5 am, took the bull between the horns and didn't let him out of his room. It took an hour but he stayed there and fell asleep, in my arms so not ideal, but think it's habit forming so I had to break. So same applies tonight.

The dog was attacked yesterday on his walk by two others and has a massive chunk of flesh missing, so he kept me up for an hour whining. So not the best night overall but hopefully I can get Will back to normal soon.

It's my DH's birthday tomorrow so we have his parents round later for takeaway, so I need to make a cake this am, fun fun fun.

Maybe hope your day picks u!!

Kids in meltdown and still 2.5 hrs til bedtime thinking of pulling bedtime forwards a bit if I can! Dan at work so all alone again!

Maybe I'm in meltdown! Roh is fine, wish he could put me to bed!

Spent all yesterday and this morning in CDS as hadn't felt bumpy move in 24 hours, I've had v+d. Her heartrate was really high and we were both dehydrated, so been on IV fluids and non-stop monitoring for ever it feels like. Also showing low fluids around baby now with the dehydration. Bit of a scare but we are both fine now and have been at home a few hours. OH had to get into work though as they were already short before I go ill, so on my own with Roh. I'm knackered and emotional!

Hoping fluid levels are better in 8 days when I have a scan, if not they might well book an induction. Not what I want o be thinking about at all!
