My shoulder hurts

I have a baba sling which i love but have only been carrying LO for about a month (he is 11 months old) but my shoulder is killing me!!!

Could i be carrying him wrong or will i just get used to it?

chances are you're not doing anything wrong. everyone i've known to use the babasling (including myself) hasn't gotten along with it at all and have complained of sore shoulders. you've done well sticking with it for a month, mine lasted one wear before it went onto ebay.

Thank you, i find that if i slide if just off my shoulder once LO is in that helps obviously if it slips any further i can pop it back up. x

Why don't you try a wrap or a mei tai instead? That way the weight is distributed across more than just one shoulder.

I didnt have the money for one The one i have was a bargain at £20 brand new. x

id deffo say sell the one you have now and buy another, it shouldnt be hurting, whether its you putting it on wrong or the carrier itself, youd be better suited to another kind
