OMG YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!! Well, we were all prepared to lose Josh, and wouldn't you know, they took him off the machines, and my sweet, strong, stubborn Josh, continued to breathe on his own!!!!!!!!!! They put him back onto the machines, and are now giving him 50/50 chance to come out of this terrible mess!!!! My son may not lose his father, and his father may not lose his life. Apparently most of the damage is to the right side of Josh's brain, which is where you want the damage if you have to have any! i'm so happy. thank you all for all of your support. i will keep you all up to date. I will always believe that all the prayers from family to complete strangers are the only reason that he may come out of this!!

You're right. prayer does change things around. It doesn't matter what anyone says, the Lord has the last say so in all matters under the sun, in Heaven and on Earth. Just keep the faith.
