Your journal is great!! So inspiring! I've been struggling with my weight, I've been doing slimming world too and its brilliant with the amount of free foods and how flexible everything is. I lost 11.5lbs in my first 2 weeks but had a bad week last week and put 7 - yes 7 back on! Feeling so demoralised...your journal has perked me right up!! Back on it tomorrow!!

Wednesday 3rd June

I had pasta with some tomatoey sauce plus and big eat walkers crisps and thats it :blush:
not enough really I know but hey it was only once...

Thursday 4th June

Just finished a crunchy white bread ham sandwhich :)
and now a scotch egg... my treat for today...
and I lost 4 and 1/2 lbs :happydance:
 
Kerry i just seen a pic of you on facebook....the one where you are driving....and you definately look like you have lost weight - definately in the face.....you dont have many pics of you about but i saw the ones of you when you was pg and you have come so far so wanted to say well done!

1 more stone till pre-pregnancy... im so on it now :)
 
ur doing great hunni...glad ur all enthusiastic again....i cant notice it on my face yet lol think that wil be the last 2go....although i did measure myself jus over a week ago n again 2day and ive lost half an inch of my wrists LOL :rofl: :rofl:

ok been abit slacking again with this diary... ok here goes

Friday 5th June

I had my standard jacket potato... all free

then had a chinese in the evening, all within my syns apart from a few cheeky prawn crackers :rofl:

Saturday 6th June

I went to the pub and had chicken and steak meal, with jacket potato..
had chips and cheese when I was drunk though :dohh:

Sunday 7th June

Scrambled egg on toast

3 slices of supermarket pizza curly fries and a few pieces of garlic bread, a twirl and cadbury shots... naught naught me :(
oh well still got 4 days to get my target of 2lbs this week to put me into the 14 stone bracket :) super happy
 
Monday 8th June

Jacket potato with cheese and beans,

then had spag bol with lean mince not extra lean which your meant to for it to be free on sw!

However ive had no healthy extra bs and no other syns so Im sure it weighs out...

need to be abit more precise with my tracking though!!

Tuesday 9th June

Im embaressed... :(

ive done bad... dont want to talk about it...

but its consisted of choccy biscuits and curly fries :dohh:

I DONT want to be disappointed this week... 1lb at least.. i MUST keep at it :(

just read ur journal (well quick read, its ssooooo long lol) and uve lost loads, done so well
