Ladies . This is so messed up. So I went to the ER cuz I was tired of waiting. I still had trouble finding an Obgyn that was willing to work with me. Anyway, I convinced them to do an ultrasound. Well.. i have sad news. I had an ovarian cyst (wasn't painful like the other 3 I had in my life) and they said it can produce hcg and cause false pregnancy symptoms and false positive tests?????!!!!!!!?????? Since when??? It cant even be detected by blood and i would have never known if I didn't force them to do an ultrasound.
I am so sad . Thanks for supporting me through this ladies.
The good news is..... if there is any..... They said my egg was about to burst. Also, now I won't be confused on ovulation. It lines up with my normal cycle today. I am assuming the opk were caused by the cyst too.
Ty hun, at least I know I'm not crazy. If i get faint lines on and off like this again I'm going back to the ER to get checked for a cyst. They can cause pretty much everything I experienced and I didn't know cysts coulkd do that.
I have had them before but back then I knew nothing about TTC or pregnancy.
They did recommend I follow up with the gynecologist and referred me to one in my area. I had found it yesterday and I was going to give them a call to setup an apt but they wanted to wait for blood tests and that's why I decided to go to the ER. When I called them before I had already signed up to be a patient in their system. I'm going to give them a call-back today and explain what happened.
Even at the ER my blood would be sent to a lab....(They said 24hrs for theirs tho, but I didn't want to wait) That's why I pushed the ER staff to do an ultrasound. I had to beg them with tears.
