Great! A bit shocked honestly, we wanted to wait at least 2-3 years But we were very stupid so our own fault.
Very happy though! Now just hoping it's sticky, trying to just focus on my four month old for now lol

I can imagine! What a surprise. They'll be very close being so close in age and have lots of fun growing up together. My brother and I are just over a year apart and we grew up super close! We were partners in crime. I can't remember, how many kids do you guys want?

Have you got any symptoms yet? As I mentioned in my journal, the nausea comes and goes with me, but the most persisitant sign I have is really sore nipples. They'be been painful since 5dpo.

Hope this is a sticky baby for both of us!

Thank you, that makes me feel better! We wanted 3-4 kids originally but I told SO that if this is hard enough he can forget about a third one lol

Sore nipples as well, and there is (still? again?) milk coming out of them. Even though I stopped breastfeeding when Thomas was 6 weeks due to his issues (he's on Neocate specialised formula).
And lower back pain, same I had with Thomas. And slight nausea, but last time with Thomas the vomiting (until week 20, daily, multiple times) started around week 7.. so I'm hoping to at least last until then.. or not have to vomit lol.

How are you doing today hun? I have my first early ultrasound feb 14th. Midwife offered me one and I was like hell yeah. And.. Thomas can come with!

That's great news! When do you usually get scans in Holland? Here it's at 12 weeks and 20 (some trusts offer 32 weeks for growth too). Because I've been at the recurrent miscarriage clinic, they're giving me scans at 6 weeks and at 8 and 10 weeks too, which will be a huge reassurance. I've got mine a week tomorrow, and the time could not be going any slower!!

I'm doing okay. Not many symptoms, just sore nipples/breasts and tiredness. I had some food aversions, but they seem to come and go. My RHR is still up and stable around 74 (it climbed solidly from around 4/5dpo and has now been at this since Friday) - my usual is 60. I also need to loo a lot for me, but that's it. I'm never one for lots of symptoms and barely had any with my other two.

Glad you are doing okay! Thomas has a cold so gave been busy with that. I'm soooo exhausted and this morning i had to vomit. Nooooo

And yeah same, 10-12 and 20.

Oh yeah, did another test this morning(first one in a week or so) and got my three+! Yay!

Hey can I join! Tentatively due October 14!! Just got my bfp yesterday. Early days, but I'm hopeful! I had a loss back in 2014 that was due in October so praying extra hard for a take home baby!

I haven't been able to keep anything down since yesterday... Pfff I'm just hoping it's a stomach bug or I'll go insane. Last time it started at 7 weeks and lasted till 20... I'm not even 6 weeks now. Ughhh

Due 9th of October, I had a mc before my son so I won't feel safe until I can use my Doppler and the 12 week scan

Welcome and massive congratulations KylasBaby and Saraa! A happy and healthy nine months to you both.

Bla: how's things going? I hope your nausea has settled down and it was just a stomach bug. I've been getting waves of nausea here and there, but nothing major. With me, tiredness has been the big killer! I'm in bed by 8:30 most evenings under the pretence that I'm reading, but actually, I'm usually asleep by 9! As someone who usually goes to sleep after midnight, this is crazy for me.

I am still wrestling with nervousness. I just keep freaking out about this all ending. My scan is thankfully pretty close now on Tuesday. I just hope I can keep it together till then. I don't want to test with a digital to see 3+ as it was with a digital I knew I was miscarrying last time and it's made me really scared to use them now. My boobs still hurt, I'm light headed and dizzy, I have waves of nausea and I'm tired all the time, so that's enough for me to think everything is going okay. Fingers crossed I see. A beautiful little flickering heartbeat on Tuesday.

Yeah that's why I'm worried, I think I'd get a 3+ this weekend, but I just don't wanna know!

Saraa: I understand, I have the same worries. Before Thomas I had a miscarriage too (an early one) and it really messed with my head. I was a nervous wreck the entire pregnancy. Now, I'm still massively worried that this will go wrong... but trying to keep a level head. Which is surprisingly easy with a four month old to keep you occupied

Squirrel: Nope, still nauseous, but able to keep some of my food down luckily. I went swimming with Thomas yesterday and I really had to keep the urge to vomit down which wasn't easy. He had a blast though.
Can't wait for your scan!
