Diets suck. I just eat healthy!

BF so far has only given me the munchies!!

No way I'm going vegetarian. I've lost 9lbs by cutting out some junk, but like MD I still enjoy a soda a day (and some sweets if I'm being honest) and I've been exercising. It does give me the motivation to lose more, but I hate restricting what I want to eat after indulging so long!

being vegetarian is what made me lose weight but i at the same time completely changed my diet to a healthy one, i upped my vegie by alot and eat alot of salads and i stopped having too much sugar and processed foods.

I was kinda joking anyways, you really couldn't just switch to being vegetarian, you really need the drive and the passion for a cruelty free living to do it.

as if i'd come on a parenting forum and start ranting that you should all not eat meat.

I can think it's cruel and you can think it's not and there's no problem with that we are all entitled to our own opinions i have no intentions of leturing people on eating meat.

I didn't call it cruel to have a jab BTW, i'm just used to saying it. It kind of sums up everything in a few words.

BTW spunky i'm really struggling cutting out soda, i try and try but it doesn't work, i watched a video that shows how evil of a company coca-cola is and i thought that would be enough motivation to give it the boot but it wasn't

There's been no luck so far.

the only time i ever stopped was when i was pregnant and it was only because i was at such hish risk for gestational diabetes so i was terrified anything sugary would make my baby huge. lol. But then in the end i didn't have it and got a wee little baby.
