We delayed K's vaccines. She didn't get her 12 month ones until 20 months. I didn't even want to give her the MMR and the only reason I did was because a case or two of the measles were going around Canada and they scared me into doing it.

I don't want to delay but even if I did I couldn't because they've been having outbreaks of things around here. There was an outbreak of Shopping cough around her first month about 40 minutes away from here.....and OH is a Teacher so he is a walking germ pool.

Ugh, my guy had no reaction at all to his 2 month shots besides one whimper. His 4 month shots he started screaming at the tylenol, lol.. he HATES that stuff. He had a slight fever for a few days after which really sucked. I just hope each series of shots isn't progressively worse with the reactions

Funny though, my guy screamed his head off at the vaccines, but managed a little half-smile for the nurse afterwards.

Emma is still missing one of her vaccines. Just one shot but I'm not even sure what it is. When we moved from Virginia to California they didn't send our medical records and it is this giant process to get them released to send here. Well we never got around to it because DH has been in and out and I need his signature for it so Emma is missing one now. And now we are moving again so I have a feeling it will never get done.

We lived in hampton roads. First chesapeake than we bought a house in hampton.We were there for 5 years. Now I'm moving back to Ohio/Indiana. (Living in Indiana with DH's parents but visiting my parents often in ohio right over the line)

Are any of you dressing up for halloween? We are having a party this friday. It was supposed to be the day before halloween but we had conflicting schedules with some of our friends so now it's been shoved forward to this friday and I'm the one planning it all. It's a neighborhood party and was a joint decision but we offered to use our garage and yard so apparently that means it's all on us because no one has offered to help buy anything or cook food or anything so it's falling on us. Right in the middle of us moving too. I'm too nice sometimes and get taken advantage of I think.

Well I have a friend that I have wanted since the day I met her. Haven't seen her in two years tho. We recently started talking again.

She's having relationship issues and said she thinks she just doens't know how to flirt anymore, how to make people want her. So I said 'hell girl I've wanted you since we met.' She said 'that's hot but you're married so that doesn't help me.' I said 'oh my husband doesn't care' and she said 'i'll keep that in mind.'

Told her I was just being honest and she said 'honesty's always good.'

My response "yeah and sometimes it gets you what you want."
