ovary pain?

Merry xmas all, was hoping for a festive BFP but sadly caught me right on schedule last night! This morn I keep getting terrible pain in my right lower abdomin round about my ovary, I have menstrual cramp but this pain is diff and severe , its very intense and lasts for abot 30 secs last time I was doubled over and could not move til it passes.

I have mild endometriosis but never experienced this, any suggestions? Have taken some mefanamic acid for endo just in case xx

I would guess an endometrioma (chocolate cyst, a cyst in or on your ovary with endo in it which bleeds with AF) but I'm not a doc and you would need an ultrasound to confirm. If the pain continues you should see your doc or phone your gynae. Take pain killers, use hot water bottle and do what ever you can to get comfortable.
