Great news, Shortcakes.

I'm going for my US soon and I'm nervous- I feel like there's no action (I have no signs of ovulation)- that I'm going to have to go on a second dose of Clomid again this month. We'll see...
 
Shortcakes- So glad af finally came! :)

Ray- Good luck on your us. I'll keep you in my thoughts.

AFM- I'm feeling fine. No sickness or anything..just exhausted. I go for my first appt. On Monday.
 
Thanks- everything is progressing- I go back on Wed to either see if I ovulated on my own or get triggered and then have to return again on 4DPO for Prog. bloodwork and suppositories because my LP was short last month... I think I go there 3 times a week. It's exhausting!

hello everyone. so we are on day 6... af is gone and i had labwork done monday. so we will see...

Ray... i know it seems like a ton but hang in there we are all here for you!

Jules... how did you make out at your first appt???? Cant wait to hear!!
 
Thanks- how are you guys doing?

Went in today for monitoring- have 1 that's ready to go at 20.5. Triggering tomorrow morning. Wish I had more than one (last week i had 2), but I guess one is all it takes. Have to go back Mon for Progesterone blood work and start my suppositories. Based on my trigger, I'll either get AF or test on my bday, which is a little scary haha

Hi shortcakes! How is everything going?

Everything is going well on my end. Had our first ultrasound today! We heard the baby's heartbeat and saw our little bean. :)
 
It's pretty much a mess over here. I thought I was doing great after my round of provera... I had my period for 4 days.. Got my labs done... Temping and opks were looking good.. Today cd 13 I started bleeding..... I have no idea what is going on. I am waiting on a call from my dr.

That is super exciting about the heartbeat!!!!
 
A full blown period bleeding Shortcakes? Sorry things are confusing right now :(
I'm doing well too, almost out of first tri, that's a relief!
 
Hello! I'd love to join this thread. My DH and I had been trying to conceive since last July. I got diagnosed with pcos in February. I did one cycle of Clomid + femara and got a bfn. Then I did a cycle of Clomid + Follistim + trigger shot and got a BFP. Unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage at 8 weeks and I had a D&C a few weeks ago. I have to wait for AF and then one more cycle before my RE will give me drugs again. Until then, I'd love to read along and root for you guys to get BFPs!
 
Shortcakes-- how much are you bleeding? Have you had a sonohysterogram (saline ultrasound)? I was having some light bleeding at random times mid cycle and found I had a large fibroid in my uterine cavity.

Afm, it's cd19 and I'm still waiting to ovulate...
 
Shortcakes, I had the same thing happen to me last week. I ended up going to the er and they found 8cm cyst on right ovary.
 
Helloooo ladies, wow its been a long long time.
Sorry for being so absent, my appointment didn't go quite as planned and i got very emotional as a result and found its extremely hard staying on the boards.

So i guess i should say a big congrats to Jules, its so fantastic that you got a BFP! Was it your first medicated cycle that you got it?

O well done Danna for reaching the 2nd Trimester. Exciting times ahead :happydance:

Welcome newbies, i really hope you get your BFPs soon. The wait can feel like a lifetime.

Hey Everyone.

So i had my period again for 4 days. I talked to my doctor and she said it could be expected after taking provera. BUT i am going in for a sonogram on Weds and then meeting with the dr to talk about an action plan. My lab results came back and my hormones are really really all over the place. Here is to hoping the sonogram looks ok.

Im sorry Hope that it didn't go as expected. I totally get it. And i understand the disappearance. I have been checking out on life lately.

Danna that is exciting... are you going to find out the gender??
 
Hi ladies

I've not posted in a while but I was wondering if you could help me please?

I had hcg injection on CD 12 (2nd July) I'm now CD23 and around 9-10dpo. I brought these pregnancy tests from my local pharmacy and took it today with afternoon urine. It looks positive to me... My injection was 11-12 days ago now well 12 days including injection day. What do you think of the result? I could see it with the Orange cover on but took it off for a better photo :shrug:

These measure at 5mui or greater.

Sarah, looks like a BFP to me! I hope its not just the remnants of the hcg injection.
Your going to have to test again and compare it against it tomorrow to see if it's darker then you will know for sure :hugs:
 
I took this in the evening too, I did take an internet cheapie on Saturday and couldn't see a second line on that one. If there was it was to faint to see.

It might be it Sarah! But tou should compare with the same brand. I had a false positive because of the shot 12 days later, although it's not common, so do check again to make sure :)

Yes Shortcake I will find out around 20 weeks, seems very far away!

I'm sorry things aren't easy for you and Hope. I remember the pain and anger very well. But we are so lucky to live in this time where fertility meds and even IVF can make us conceive, I know something will work for you, and soon as you are already on the right path to get help. xxx

Im due to start clomid as soon as AF arrives so I'm hopeful that maybe that will do the trick. I had a 28 day cycle on metformin but it was anovulatory. The gyne has given me progesterone also to take after a confirmed ovulation. So i think i am heading in the right direction. Its interesting that most if you ladies have been given Femara instead, im not sure the gyne will prescribe that. I have 3 cycles to see if it works and then im going back, more than likely i will have to move onto iui or injectables if unsuccessful, but here is to hoping!
 
Hi ladies, happy to report femara helped me ovulate a 3rd time, this time on cd20. 3 or 4 dpo now. :)
