New to baby and bump, so hello everyone! As the title says, I have PCOS and ENDOMETRIOSIS.. I haven't had a period since Oct 18th and have had several neg home pregnancy tests and have spotted twice. Today, however, I started running a low grade fever after I had woke up from a nap. It spiked at 100.7 and then dropped to 99.5 then again to 98.8. I have a gut feeling that it could be implantation or something to do with fertilization.. Any thoughts??
