Failing that you can post then through an image hosting site (photobucket) like you normally would in a regular post

oh no - i have technofear .... no idea how to do either of those things!!! i was trying to attach a picture from my computer but there doesnt seem to be a button for it on pm's like normal posts, i dont know what img codes or photobucket is thanks anyway guys

Photobucket is really easy to use. If you go to www.photobucket.com you can open a free account, and you just upload photos straight onto there from your computer (I think there's a big 'upload' button in the albums section).
