Please help! How long is my cycle?? HELP

Really need help! I've always been on the pill, It's so confusing!
For all I know, my natural cycle might only be 21 days which would mean I'm due on this Thursday so could test tomorrow?!

When I came off the pill last time I waited til I thought I would be due on (based on the pills 28 day cycle) and I was already 5 weeks pregnant!! How does that work??? Lol

When should I test this time round? Don't want to test too early and get a false result?

I was due to come off on the 15th August but took a 3rd pack in a row, but came on on the 16th regardless and continued to take until 18th then stopped bleeding on 22nd!
Makes it more confusing as I took 2 and a bit packs back to back without 7 day breaks :~

Oh dear im really confused now! It's been years since i was on the pill but I remember when i stopped taking it my period came pretty much straight away and I was back to regular 28 day cycles. I wasn't ttc in those days though..!
