My normal O is cycle day 11/12 which make it almost a week late. Does it normally happen that OPK's predict O after BBT predicts it?

Opks predict a surge in LH..o hppens anywhere from 12-48hrs after...bbt confirms o after it happens

ByHisGrace08:I am sorry to hear that they diagnosed you with PCOS, but at least that is a start and now that you know what is going on with your body, you can take actions to get closer to starting that family I know you deserve. You have a bunch of supportive ladies on here in the same boat that you are in and I know you will all get your bundles in God's timing. && Good luck with your school work. Yes it was hard to get dx but now that I have the facts my Dr. and I get put together a "battle plan". I know God will make me a Mom and that this journey has its purpose!

What are you going to school for? Yes the end is always intense but I like it...for some reason I thrive on the stress lol crazy I know!

My u/s is on December 16th. I will have just turned 9 weeks by then. I am very nervous and ready to see whats going on in there. I am praying that everything is fine!!! But in the meantime I am gaining a few new symptoms and my weekly pee test are very dark so that is giving me some reassurance. I got strep throat and and uti last friday and I was put on the antibiotic generic of Keflex, the doctors said it was okay, but still made me nervous.

And I am going to be a Teacher. I will be certified with Early Childhood through 6th grade, and Special Education Early Childhood through 12th grade by this coming May hopefully. That is when I graduate, but IdK how long it is going to take me to pass my certification test, especially while preparing for a new baby, Lord willing.

& i hate the stress of school, but it does make me very productive usually. This semester I have a bad case of senioritis though and I am doing everything as last minute as I can. I am so unmotivated to do any of my school work.. but I only have a few more weeks left and I get a break for about a month. Then I have to start my full time student-teaching, with no pay... ugh!!!

i think its showing o then bc your temps aren't clear and you do not have anything confirming O, this is why you have dotted lines.. bc there isn't any clear signs. hope this helps..

ByHisGrace08--so glad they found out what was going on! I am sorry that it had to be PCOS though My sister was diagnosed with that a year ago, and along with a couple of other things they said was going on with her, she was told that she wasn't able to conceive. But I'm sure you will get your BFP in due time

As for me, still no sign of af. I'm waiting until Monday to test again. Today would be 19DPO, 4 days late. I tested yesterday and got a BFN. Odd. But trying to stay positive!!

Comet1234... I am so sorry that AF has not shown up for you yet. Like Mrs.LCS asked is there not something your doctor can give you to help AF come along? But then again maybe you don't want to be taking anything. Wither way I hope something will coax her to show up for you very soon. My thoughts and prayers are with you on your journey!

MsAllSmiless... If by Monday you still get a BFN (though thoughts and prayers for you that you get you BFP) and no AF you can always try getting a beta hCG test done. As I have heard that some women cannot get a positive on HPT's. Anyway it's just a thought. Good Luck

my specialist said that if you make it to 18dpo..and no period..your pregnant or something is wrong..
and not sure if I mentioned this before..but my first pregnancy (unplanned) the day of my periods due date I had brown sludgy cm..sorry..tmi.. I thought it might just be something small..but a few days later, no period..so I tested, it was bfn.. I kept testing and didn't turn positive til like 22dpo... I believe hcg doesn't hang in some ladies bodies as nicely as others.. honestly. I got the trigger shot last Friday, and I took a test last night at 6dpo just to baseline myself to see if it was in there still..and I was planning on taking a test everyday to see if it got lighter or darker.. well, it was negative..not even a hint.. so no hcg in me as of now.. so just sayin.. keep testing or go get a blood test good luck!!!

symptoms im having, not much of any..just tuggy feelings lower right side near ovary..
also very faint faint line on test this am.. but not sure..like I said, im testing everyday (for fun) to see what happens.

Mrs lsc and trying4first: my doctor refuses to give me anything, I have begged two doctors and they both said no. My doctor now wants to wait till I get my pcos specialist appointment ( when she eventually refers me!!). I have to wait until my husband does his second sa then she can refer me, which will be after Christmas now. Hubbys appointment is the 10th December x

Comet-I am so sorry to hear your drs are not supportive that makes this already difficult time even harder. Have you tried some of the herbal remedies I have read about? I haven't but after this round of Provera (if I don't get regular) I am sersiuly considering it. Praying for you!!!!

Ellie-Oh I will be waiting eagerly to find out all about your u/s!!! That stinks about being sick but I looked up Keflex in my med book and it says "lower levels during pregnancy have been used safely" Davis Drug Guide Page 284 13th edition. Hope that puts your mind at ease!!
And good for you about being a teacher!! The people who have had the biggest impact on my life have been some amazing and dedicated teachers esp my vo-ag teacher in High School she saved me from a dark path I was going down. And everyone loves student teachers have fun doing it!!!
