Positive opk at 6dpo good sign?

Hi I am a really bad poas addict and i test with hpts and opks from about 4dpo every month
After ovulation my opks usually go really faint untill a few days before af when they darken again
Anyway I have just done one of each this morning and obviously there is nothing on the hpt but the opk is near enough positive! Also getting some cramping and had a strong nausea spell this morning anyone else had this and got a bfp? Sorry for the lack of punctuation I'm on my phone ��
