Pregnant via medical help.

Hey, I was wonder if anyone on here has got pregnant via medical help I.e tablets I was on clomid for two months no luck then I went onto letrozole and I am now 4 weeks pregnant do I need to tell the gyno clinic at all? I am in the uk thank you.
