I have a short luteal phase, too. But it hasn't seemed to cause me any problems actually getting pregnant (I'm 4.5 weeks right now).

Want2bamum, that's horrible they made you think the baby was dying! I take it you were very sick In the end, you are what is most important and you need to take care of yourself!!!

9babies - I agree I seem to be waiting for fertile time, waiting for ov, waiting for af, if i get a bfp, waiting for scans... it just never stops.

it doesnt!! I really want it to , but i am going to be evne more anxious when and if I get my bc I will be so nervous that everyday is the day I mc.


it is so annoying. only 10 days till testing. UGGH. : (

I agree, that's almost as big a worry, not "will i get pregnant" but "WTF will I do if I'm pregnant" we're all here for you hon x

thanks!!! I am so dang nervous. I am so on edge lately. I think everyone around me is picking up on it.

I'm doing so-so still another week to wait to see if we were lucky this cycle, I don't think we were tbh i just have that feeling but I tend to get preg symptoms around 10dpo so will be symptom spotting like a nutter.

Feel relieved I won't be made to have the chicken pox vaccine at work which would have meant putting TTC on hold for 6 months - I couldn't have dealt with that mentally.

How is everyone else doing?

well Ihope you get it this round!!! you can start to have symptoms at 10dpo? I didnt know that. NOw I will be on the look out too.

I am doing ok, a little shaken up over some things but ok Iguess.

Just looking back at my charts I had an implantation dip and from then on I felt different, I had backache, ligaments felt looser, off my food etc. Makes sense that you get symptoms from when hCG starts to be produced.

I hope you can feel better soon, I cant remember if I asked but is there anyway you could speak to someone like a counsellor or bereavement support midwife?

I could but I really can not get to one right now. I only have time to get to my doc appts, bc my husband gives me rides. eh.

I am glad you might ahve got your dip. do you feel like you are pregnant??

I have weird symptoms but I am only 3dpo so I am probably imagining them. LOL
today has just been overall hard on me.

Can I join you guys? I had a mmc at 10 wks in December and have just been told I have had another one at 5wks - still waiting to complete this as I am not bleeding.

I am 36 (soon to be 37) so not sure whether to try again or not. I just don't think I could face another mc. Definately going to leave it for a few months this time for my body to recover and to have a few good cycles behind me. xxx

Welcome Lumboo, welcome to our group! so sorry its under these sad circumstances. Its very hard to keep going when you have multiple miscarriages and sometimes its just a bit of time before you feel ready, but you need to do what is right for you. I have had 2 mmcs and 2 sponaneous miscarriages, seen 2 heartbeats, had one failed medical management and 2 erpcs, all in 12 months and I am also nearly 36!! Its tough and unfair. we must never give up though!!

Hi everyone... I'm 27 and have had 3 early losses in less than a year. The first one went the longest, to 9 weeks (we saw a heatbeat, which sadly slowed to a stop). The last two were a chemical followed immediately by a loss at 6 weeks in January with an empty sac. I just started bleeding again the other day and my hcg is still 25, so that one isn't over yet.

I have just started seeing a specialist. They did initial bloodwork on me and found nothing wrong. They briefly thought I had a blood clotting disorder (Protein S antigen?) but ruled that out. I should be going in soon for more extensive testing, including a hysteroscopy.

I am mostly worried that they'll find nothing wrong. But surely all these losses in a row can't be a string of just bad luck.

The most mysterious thing is I have extremely regular cycles and get positive opks the same day each month.

I'm just worn out by the whole thing and terrified of being pregnant again. But I still want a baby more than anything.

Anyway, sorry to ramble on... was just wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me...
