reloading pages to see new posts

I use my phone to come on here a lot, and have put p with this for a while now but maybe someone knows how to fix the problem.
When I come to the site I have to refresh every page I visit in order to see the newest posts and threads. It used to refresh itself when I would go from my control pannel to a thread so I automatically could see the newest post, or when I went to the CP from a thread I would see the threads that had new posts on top.
Now I have to hit refresh every time I visit each page!! Its very time consuming and annoying! And it didn't used to be like this!

Try clearing your cache (not cookies - common mistake).

I did clear the cache and cookies on my phone with no avail.
