Anyone else having intense cramps this time around? I'm finding I need heating pads.

I did!!!! Oh and don't use heat pads my OB said its not good during pregnancy ... Something about over heating on area and causing embryo distress. I thought about using heat pads too my cramps were so bad around week 4-6

it's just one of those corn bags you heat for a few minutes? i'm doing it on top of my clothes- is that ok? my sil did it all through her pregnancy with her second and baby was fine- but crap now you have me worried! it was the only thing bringing relief yesterday!!!

I used a hot water bottle on my back to ease cramps. I had gooled the life out of it before I tried it and the general consensus was that so long as it wasnt too hot and not directly on my skin (it was in a cover and through clothes), that it would be ok.

Yeah I just did a lot more reading seems its OK since not directly on skin and not raising my core temp. That's when you have to worry
