I took it when TTC DD. I had come off bcp and didn't O for 6 months. I O'd about 6w after I started it, but obviously I don't know if my body just regulated or it was the Vitex.

A lot of what I've seen has said not to take it you're Oing regularly though because it can potentially mess things up.

YEah Vitex can be good or bad. It can work wonders for some and totally throw other cycle off for months. I second not taking unless you have trouble ovulating.

As for me after 2 days of teasing positive opks I finally got a temp rise. Lol My body just loves cd 19

BFN on today's test. 9-10dpo. I guess I'm just gonna wait for the witch to show up, because there is some serious cramping going on.

Did my 8dpo test today and of course got a BFN. I wish I had the self-control to wait until a more reasonable test date! AF is due in 4-6 days, so I've set my next official test date at 12dpo, but we all know I'll be testing daily until AF hits or I get my BFP.

Dill Im the same. Im about 7dpo and Ive tested twice today! Bfn obviously but cant help myself. Its OH birthday tomorrow so its been making me want that bfp to give him. Also since the mc Im more crazy about this!

I just need to calm down. IF we get that bfp it can be a belated present and it wont matter when it comes.
