I’ve never ran one of these threads before but I am on the site multiple times daily so hopefully I will do an okay job!!

Fourth day of a brutal AF after my loss. Very clotty I was ready to throw in the towel but I’m over it now..... off to get bloods done today. I’m still concerned about my ovulation pattern and my temps though. My af lasts usually 6-7 looooong days. I’m just getting so sick of losses now!

Put me down for TBD please no idea at the min

I’m really beginning to run out of patience! AF is due 1 September (Spring day for us over here in SA) and reallllly hoping to get Spring baby news!

Things I’m doing different this cycle is I’ve started taking Maca(black and yellow powder) about 5g a day to balance out my hormones. My cycle is very regular and predictable but I suspect I have a slight estrogen dominance- any other things I can try to ensure estrogen levels aren’t too high in the tww? Or to ensure my lining is not too thick and not too thin?

Well.... 3DPO/DTD and the wait is already killing me. After losing two in a row I'm just, ugh, I don't even know how to describe it. Pray for my sanity.
