bloating has gone cramps have returned and are worse than before and it just feels like the is about to turn up. If she does today then it will be 3 days earlier than normal, seriously have no idea what my body is doing anymore

Ive got one more day to wait but wish it would just hurry up to start new cycle, is anyone else starting bbt charting this cycle?? me & pk2of8 are going to try, would love some advice if you already chart because dont think me & pk2of8 have an idea how to do it

I tried that Fertility Friend and it confused the heck out me. I have been using like ovulation & fertility calendars for this first cycle. But I am willing to try.

I should have AF today as yet a lot of back pain and few cramps in the tummy but no sign of AF usually I spot for a few days leading up to AF, this time I spotted a week before and nothing since then, I am still trying to keep in mind that AF will be right round the corner as hate that massive dissapointment. x

poppy, i went ahead and joined fertilityfriend.com today. it does seem a little complicated at first, but i think i'm getting the hang of it...just have to keep messing around with it. i had started a chart and then messed it up and had to delete the whole thing, but i think i've got it in there correctly now. so i'm about to head to the drug store to get the bbt thermometer and i'll add that to my "bag of tricks" and see how things go.

yes, i'm more often 29-30 days or so, more rarely 28 days, but that's where i'm at this month. i guess we need to start a new thread?? at least that way we won't be posting the same info several times over lol
