Sounds like great timing to me hon. We dtd several hours b4 peak then again in the late night of peak and on ovulation day. They say the day after too but I was bded out by then lol. There sperm can live up to 5 days in firtile cm. Good luck love.

Haha oh, I love it that you caved at 5dpo. I have caved at 6dpo b4 and many others too. On a serious note I think I see what your seeing. I swear I can see a shadow or something. Are u counting ovulation from the first peak as I know U had a few days of peaking. I’ve had that b4 and I always ovulated on the first peak. Could u be a few days extra than 5dpo. The earliest BFP I’ve seen on a YouTube video was 7dpo. Are you going to test again tomorrow? it’s so good ure feeling positive about this cycle send that positivity my way girllll, this negative Nelly needs to leave the building lol

Hmmm so strange. So my cervix felt a teeny bit open after ovulation. But I just checked of coarse gently and it’s now clammed shut. Felt a sickly earlier today too and had to have a bit of bread and it went away. Also feeling extremely hot tonight.
I hate symptom spotting and know this will probably lead to nothing but still. Had a load of ewcm when wiping earlier too. I can get that when not pregnant but usually right b4 AF. I’m not due that until 15dpo and only be 8dpo in just over 10 mins.

@Suggerhoney I think you should crack out the tests too I know you have like a million lol I'm a bad influence.. I counted from the first peak so I had pos opk on cd 15 and 16, so counted 16 as o day and 17 as 1dpo. I guess its possible I could have ov'd maybe 12 hrs after the peak instead of 24? Also it's evening here so close to 6 dpo lmao if that counts haha.. Sending lots of positivity and baby dust your way x

So I might have done a stupid thing embarrassed to say but yep I did a hpt at just 5dpo.. I know, it's impossible and pointless etc etc... My stupid brain can still imagine a line on it tho
I don't really have symptoms to speak of except slightly heavy boobs. Since dtd though I just have the strongest feeling that I might have caught... Pics anyway for the sake of it and my opk too x

Caved and did another test lol Didnt realise theyre only 10mui. Theres a sort of shadow on it. But you have to squint and stand on one leg to see it but attached a pic for your viewing pleasure.

@Suggerhoney Thanks hun. It really hasn’t sunk in yet. Not sure it will until I’m actually at the point where I can test. Yes I remember following your journal. I was the same as you when trying for our son. Took 12 months with him but I only ovulated 6 times in that year because of my pcos. Long cycles are torture whilst ttc. But I had 4 chemicals, one month where I didn’t fall at all and then cycle 12 he stuck. I’d gotten to the point where I didn’t think it was going to happen. I had no problem getting pregnant while ovulating but they wouldn’t stick. I understand your fear and I am dreading having to go through it all again. My cycles have been reasonably regular lately so I hope that continues. I’m so glad he agreed before ovulation and not after. Should hopefully ovulate anywhere between tomorrow and Friday. I haven’t managed a test yet but had tons of ewcm yesterday which I tend to get a few days before and we managed a bd last night. I’m trying to prepare myself that this could take a while.
Also our youngest share a birthday, lol. My last pregnancy I really wanted to enjoy as it was to be my last but covid tainted the whole thing. Being in lockdown and worried about catching it whilst pregnant. It broke my heart that dh wasn’t allowed to come to any scans. After 4 girls we finally got our boy and he wasn’t there to share that moment with me, and we’ll never get that back . Then there was the fear all the way through that he wouldn’t be allowed there for the birth. It was impossible to enjoy the pregnancy. Anyways I see you’ll be testing very soon. So exciting.
