yay marg - you felt the baby kick!!!

i'm gonna have to wait for ages for that coz it's my first, i'm gonna get so creeped out i think!!

scan is at 2:40, but i'm not excited i don't know why, i probably will while i'm on the train or on the way to the hospital, but i just don't feel it! i think it's that just after last time the sonographer was so mean and 'orrible to me

so i hope that i have the one that stardust had! she sounds fun!

Dont worry I was the same, all the way down to there i was saying to hubby nope not feeling it etc, but walking into the unit my stomach did backflips and I started to get nervous, then once in there holding my breath till she found babba then I couldnt stop grinning!
Im sure you will be fine hun, relax and try not to worry!

Rees- good luck today I always thing the worse before I go to the doctors! I go in on March 16th and I am already starting to think the worse I still have 6 days to go! AAAHHH

Marg - Amazing!!! I can't wait to feel that. I still haven't been able to find baby on a doppler, so can't wait to feel it. But I've been reading that if you have an anterior placenta, it can be a bit harder to feel the baby and hear the HB, and the scan put me as having an anterior placenta, so maybe that'll delay things a but.
So excited for you!!!

Rees - I can completely understand, but I'm sure you'll get excited when you're there. Hope it's a much better experience this time

So, about me, I just updated my blog today. I figured that since I'm at this new stage in my life, I might as well make some prego resolutions lol!

1. I will not be a baby bore.
To all my single and married friends sans kids, don't worry, I'll try not to be a baby bore. I'm actually very sensitive to this because my husband and I were DINKS for the longest time. Sometimes, I dreaded going to certain house parties with only parents and little kids because, to be honest, it could get boring.

2. I will not only put pictures of my baby in Facebook.
I'll try not to bombard my Facebook photo albums with 10,000 pictures of my kid in the same pose, but in slightly different variations lol!

3. I will try to finally arrange my photo albums.
I have a lot of empty photo albums and tons of pictures from various trips around the world, especially from South America and Europe. As I'd like to share my life, experiences and travels with my kiddo, I think I should get a move on pasting the pictures.

4. I will try to take care of myself.
Talk about vanity, but hey, I can't help it. I seriously refuse to look like some women in really old T-Shirts, cardigans and jeans and who look like they didn't have time to take a look in the mirror. Without me asking, they try to justify their appearance by saying that kids take so much time and if they put on a nice shirt, the child will just puke on it. Yeah, these things happen. But mind you, my sister and some of my friends with kids look absolutely fabulous so I know it's doable.

5. I will try to be considerate to other mothers in the public transportation.
That's how the world goes, you help them ... and sometimes, they help you back!

I've been meaning to do photo albums for years.... I did one, which has all my favourite pics from around the world in it, but all the rest of my pics are still sitting in piles and piles of envelopes, waiting for the day when I sort them

yeah i might have toget myself one of those septembyro things!!
i love the idea of the resolutions, my main one of the moment is to get azctive again after having alot of time resting due to bleeding- i dont mean to stupid levels but just to get back on top of the housework again and to get the dog walked absolutely everyday would be nice!
