Hi everyone!! Don't worry Scally, me & OH have been together 8 1/2 years and I think the last time I received flowers was about a week after we first met lol!!

Yay for the solid poo Amy lol!! After Joe's tummy bug, I've never been so happy to see a normal poo in my life

LMAO if my hubby buys me flowers after 20yrs of not getting them, id wonder what hes been upto!!!!! Romance is LONG gone in our house......his idea of romance is asking if i fancy a !!! He says there is no point buying me flowers as i just kill them....i forget to water them now and again!!, maybe if he bought them for me i might remember to do it!!

Suzie, I feel your pain!! Romance is the last thing on my OH's brain lol!!

How is everyone today? Joe is fully recovered (fingers crossed!) and rolling like crazy! Was at my parents yesterday, having some chilled out time while they fussed over Joe and our dog Alfie, so nice and relaxed today.

Anyone got any snow? It snowed most of the day here yesterday but didn't settle at all.

Vicks- So pleased Joe is fine now. I am so desperate for Izzy to roll, i keep trying to show her how to do it, and she looks at me like i'm a nutter!

We had a tiny bit of snow here yesterday, i was a wimp and didnt go out, too cold for me, but have to go out today for shopping, she'll be fine in her snowsuit, wrapped up its me thats going to freeze! And may go to a stay and play this afternoon, very nervous about it so may wimp out! lol

Rach you nutter, fishing in this weather!!! I didnt think it was fishing season till july, then i get rid of hubby most weeekends, until then he makes his own floats.

We had a wee bit of snow yesterday Scally but didnt amount to much, Ah it would be great to go to the stay and play thingy Izzy will love it, so no wimping out, get out there girl and have some fun!!

Harley has found a new noise these last 2 days, its kind of a screechy giggle that makes him sound like a girl, so ive told him if he carries on doing it im gonna put him in a dress!! Dont think he really cares but he would look soooo cute...lol

hi,

my OH dont do flowers etc - and as above if he did suddenly i would want to know what or who he had been to!!! i usually get a single rose for valentines day and thats it. he bought me a red rose bush last year.

he was getting me an £80 ring from argos BUT the stupid people ordered the wrong size (4 sizes too small) and they now cant get any more as it was from last yrs catalogue and "my jeweller" (gone to him for 10+yrs) cant make a ring that small upto my size without making it too weak (was 2 hearts intertwined and thin shank). GRRRrrrrrr!!!

we had snow for 4hrs yest but it didnt settle due to rain in morning. my friend in USA has been caught by the big storm out there - she lives out in the country part of west virginia and therefore it has been blown etc and is over 4ft deep in places! she said she is having trouble getting out to "the farmland" to the animals - she has horses, ducks/geese and some other livestock.

just had the minister out about Blake's christening. all is good apart from they have changed the order of service since middle son was done in 07. good job i havent printed my own service sheets yet. he's going to email me the new order (as he brought old 1 with him). so the date and time is booked (own service in afternoon), the godparents are sorted, the pub is booked for afterwards, decorations bought, found my outfit and blake is sorted - black pinstripe trousers and a white shirt (not doing all white as we are not that religious). cake is pre-booked (not sure on design told the woman to supprise me BUT not too religious - she said about blue cars or building blocks with his name and christening date etc.

just got to decide IF we are lighting a candle at the begining for those that cant be with us for whatever reason (like my parents are dead) i think we will, but got speak to OH as he got called to work part way through.

i cant believe its only 9weeks!!! i just hope Blake doesnt have a big growth spurt or i', going to have to re-think his outfit!

im baaaaaack!....and my toes have officially fallen off!! mason was all snuggly warm in his snow suit and 5blankets LOL...he slept and ate through most of it so was nice for OH and I to just chill out in the peace and quiet.....it wasnt tooo cold as there was no wind and the sun was shining until the end when we had to leave as my hands couldnt take more!!! lol....yes we r mad!lol

suzie it was in a fishery and open 24hours a day all year round lol they tag some fish with cash prizes, but dammit we didnt catch them lol..brown trout season starts in march...so u could get rid of OH earlier!!! LOL

annnnyhoo nuff with fishing lol.... how are we all?....do i hear snow??? lol

Glad you had a good day, i must admit i used to enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake. And that was actually our 1st official holiday together many moons ago........and i still married him, lol must be mad
