diz, ah ok. it was just somethng suggested to me as mine kicks in/out when temp drops etc. as the others have said dont give milk - dummy or water so LO thinks its not worth waking for. the only other thing i can think of is extend the last feed until 11pm, then the times he wakes will be later.

have any of you opened the trust funds yet? i did bakes today at nationwide, same 1 as the othe 2 have got.

only remembered about ours as asked bank yest for forms for kids savings accounts and they asked if i wanted trust fund or normal

We have done Nationwide for Izzy's trust fund too, they looked the best and they do a savings only one. All our forms from it came last week, so we can pay her christmas money in now

hi all fin slept for 8 hours last night. For the past 3 weeks he's been up every two hours hungry! So diz i sympathise with you. I have no idea why he slept through as i didn't change anything! Fin was weighed today and he's now 18lb 14oz so still gaining one ounce a day! I'm hoping this will slow down or i'll run out if clothes. X

Morning!! So date night turned into "night at my parents with a take-away curry"!!! I couldn't leave Joe, I'm such a loser
Anyhoo, it was a fun night. I can't face leaving him with anyone else than OH for an hour or so, is that bad? I know I'll have to sometime but I found myself making excuses not to go out....

Diz, how did Noah sleep last night hun? Hope you are ok xxx

Diz- how did your night go? did the water work?

Thanks Vicks, i am honestly sooooo exhausted, i havent even bothered getting dressed yet. She did get better sometimes only waking once or twice a night, but the last 4 nights its every hour, and last night was the worst where it took me about 20 mins out of every hour to settle her, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I am now going to have to go through the usual- reliance on dummy, heating, teething, growth spurt, whether to put her in her own room-feel like i have taken a million steps back. Anyone want a baby for the day????? lol

Thanks Vicks, def hope the sleep vibes work for Izzy! I didnt feed her last night, i didnt think it would get as bad as it did! It could be that the teething has intensified again, i think we are going to try teething stuff tonight and if that doesnt work feed, and just make our way through the list! She sleeps ok in the day, waking quite a alot and needing the dummy to go back to sleep again.

We're fine thanks hun. Just having a chilled out day at home today. I'm off to the gym again this afternoon and gonna try and get in contact with work again, see if I can get something sorted out about going back.

I'm excited about trying Joe on some baby rice, hopefully the HV will agree it's time to start weaning. Me and OH think it's the right time to introduce a little something, but we'll see. Still need to find a good highchair, so thats gonna be my mission this week

Vicks i know how you feel about leaving Joe, i hate the idea of leaving Harley. Thats the only thing stopping me from having another baba, hate the idea of leaving him whilst im in labour!!

Scally, sorry Izzys not sleeping well, ive no advice for you as all 4 of mine have been brilliant sleepers!!......runs away fast before i get hit by scally x x

Well ive just got back from a lovely lunch with hubby and Harley. Its great sneaking off when big kids are in school, taking advantage before half term madness next week. Bless Harley one minute hes munching a parsnip, then when i look over next hes put his dummy in and gone to sleep holding his parsnip for dear life, i had to prise it out of his vice like grip!!!
All the lil old dears on the next table loved him! Had to finish lunch early though as i had a call from the school to sat Tia wasnt feeling well. she complained this morning she had tummy ache, but nasty mummy sent her anyway!! I think she at the age ( 11 next month ) where the big P might come to visit, god help me then shes stroppy enough as it is!!

hi guys...not been on for a few days...i found a new hobby!...i'm making a scrap book of jack..not got too far yet but been sat watching youtube for ideas for ages lol...

spoke to my HV today...n i got the go ahead to start weaning jack as he's now drinking 6 8oz bottles of hungry baby food a day!!!....now i'm scared 'cos i haven't got a clue about weaning lol

hello my lovelies.... Noah wasn't too bad last night. TBH i was in such a daze he might have been awful but i cant remember lol! I also forgot to take a bottle of water to be for me so he was given the breast when he woke up at 2, and 4. When i woke up at 4 my right boob was huge and hard and i had leaked milk all over the bed - gross (TMI) sorry !!!

How was every ones day? Noah and I had baby massage - it was lovely x

So Joe is starting to not want to nap in the day I think he's hungry still, so we're thinking of moving over to hungry baby milk before we start weaning. Anyone have any advice on this?
Last night he fed at 7pm, 9pm and 10:30pm and only then would be fall asleep. I think he's just getting alot more hungry, he has a bit appetite, just like his mummy

Hey Vicks- she was still waking up every hour (on the dot- very strange) but just taking her dummy and going back to sleep, so huge improvement!

Diz- Hope Noah starts sleeping better too! Baby massage- we are going to start a course in two weeks, my friend runs it!

Suzielou3- U better run very fast, lol!!!! Your lunch sounds lovely. We are going out with all the family at the end of the month, i hope Izzy will sit and eat some bits nicely!
