Setting up profile for new user

Hey everybody! I am new and want to set up my profile. I see all the little tickers and all that stuff of other peoples. How do I get all of that??

If you click on my tickers, anyone of them, it'll take you to the site where they are created, its pretty starightforward from there.

Add an avatar in the User CP bit at the top of the page and also the same for a signature, you can edit it there and put your ticker in the signature part.

Theres a graphics and sigs section on here if you wanted something especially made for you, someone will help make you one im sure.
