Hi Ladies, I don't want to cause a disagreement, this is a genuine question...do you put all these presents on credit cards? Or do you buy a little each month? Some if these lists look like they are worth over £200 if not more...I consider our financial situation as comfortable but there is no way I coukd afford spending over £100 on christmas presents for my Lo. Maybe I am not a good bargain hunter...what are you budgets? Or could you share some tips?

We did go a little overboard this year we werent suppose to, but we have only bought and paid for things we can afford, no credit cards. We Start buying in Sept/Oct time and finish round about this time, so we usually have a good 3 months to buy stuff.

They are their presents I can remember off-hand, they also have a some books each, I have lots of little things too as I honestly think with Emma it will be a case of open as fast as she can! Then from other people they are getting......Emma: Bike, playdoh factory, happyland playmat/box, melissa & doug cutting food, Katie: Laugh and learn piggy bank, need to think of some more for her for people to get, and to share a big dolls house and double motorised jeep for the summer. Feel like they don't have much from us when I put it all on here but with everything else our families buy I have to limit it lol!!

We start shopping on monday, Am I the only one dreading it?!

We will be getting Hollie some books, wooden blocks, walker thing to put blocks in, toy pram and baby doll, cloths, snow suit, teddy's and some In The Night Garden things!

My mum has got Hollie a Hello Kitty Drum Set and this little rocking chair & foot stool, I think she will love her own little chair!

ETA: We save through the year we put away £50 month as we have Hollie (almost a year) and her half sister (nine) to get prezzys for.
