I was gonna say that the owner is prob desperate for an income from it if just to put towards his outgoings.
There's alot of people out there atm with mortgages on their own places plus but to let that seem to be findging it hard to make ends meet.

We've just had a mortgage approved and are house hunting and some of the places we've seen are in terrible states....most are repossessions....quite sad really.
