Can anyone add my testing date on May 21? I started using Softcup this month, tried it first time and it quite easy to slide it in but it's hard to pull it out! felt like delivering a lol

used my first softcup last night was so suprised how easy there are to use just a shame they are so hard to take out poor oh bless him was at hand....how romantic ey!! doing smep too and got a high today with my cbfm so i guess it lots of bding incase i dnt get a peak this cycle as i didnt last cycle...ummm shall i use a softcup tonight????? good job oh has fri sat and sun off to be off help with them lol

anyone else had trouble with removing softcups????

xshell79 - no I never had trouble removing, just remember to bear down like you're having a poo and then hook and slide out horizontal to the floor (make sure you're sat on the toilet to remove).

hi my test date will be either the 1st of may or the 6th of may as my cycles was 28 days but this time it was 23 days so ff put it down for 23 days so if ff is right its the 1st of may af due or if 28 days then the 6th hun ,, sorry im confussing lol x
